The card is going to a recipient of a kidney, so I've been searching for kidney related humor, but I'm only finding kidney stone humor.
I'd really like to include a funny message. I love puns, but any kind of humor is good. And she's raunchy, so even "a guy walks into a bar ..." jokes are good. Limericks. Whatever.
Any suggestions?

The first thing that springs to mind is using "kiddin' me" in place of kidney.
Maybe something about being upgraded/adding a new premium part? (Depends on her sense of humor, this wouldn't be funny for some people/situations of course.)
Just found a few memes online: "Kidney transplant? Urine luck!" Or "Urine my thoughts"
If I think of anything else, I'll pop back in!
