I am doing more and more pocket pages in my scrapbooks with some traditional pages thrown in. I do not do PL in the weekly style. I am more of an event PL person - ie=holidays, trips, birthdays, first day of school, sports, etc. I do some random pages of pictures of us, but not weekly or even monthly pages. Therefore, I don't need cards that have months, weeks, days of the week, random words on them. I've used the PTI card collection which worked well because some of the cards were themed and they all coordinated. But they aren't making those anymore unfortunately and I have all of the ones they have since they went on clearance. www.papertreyink.com/paper/monthly-moments-november-journal-card-paper-collection/I also like cards like this: shopellesstudio.com/products/4th-of-july-journaling-tags?variant=17579526651994So if I wanted to get more holiday and theme-y cards, where should I look? I'd rather have actual cards, but am willing to look into printing some. Please enable me! I'm sure there must be some place that I'm missing because when I search for them they're all ones with words, quotes or pretty patterns on them.

A lot of paper lines (maybe most?) have a cut apart paper or two with cards that you can cut apart.

Keep looking at shopellesstudio.com/ Elle’s studio seems to have a monthly kit out or at least monthly downloads. I get monthly card kits from Cocoa Daisy. www.cocoadaisy.com/cocoa-daisy-store/ They are confusing to subscribe to, but once you have a sub, the kits are awesome. Ali Edwards has monthly card kits on her site—stories by the month or story kit. She also has a stamp kit and some classes. Becky Higgins cards can be found at Tuesday Morning shops and probably some others. My favorite card kits are Cocoa Daisy. I’m sure there are others I’m missing, but those are my go tos. HSN also sometimes has kits from different teams available. Last time I watched, there was a lot of Anna Griffin product.

I have tons of pocket scrapbooking cards from places like Elle's Studio, Cocoa Daisy, Project Life, MAMBI, Stampin Up and random other manufactures. Of course I have been collecting (aka using) them for 10 years now.
If you go to Scrapbook.com they have lots of Simple Stories collections that have cut apart cards included. They also have their own in house line of Albums Made Easy cards and page protectors. Tuesday Morning might be a good option if your store is a good one and also Ebay to find PL branded cards.

The shipping is high but the felicity jane cards are nice. I just bought a bunch on clearance.
Feed your craft has themed releases IACB has themed cards But are printing.
Honestly the digital ones are often highly themed & not monthly at all. Digital birthday sets, pet sets, get well sets It’s all out there.

The pocket documenting world has definitely evolved and most designers and brands have found their niche which often includes a distinct aesthetic. Words are definitely a big part of the cards offered these days so I'd struggle to recommend a kit club that doesn't have them to you. The more chill aesthetic would likely have been Kelly Purkey's monthly kit but she's stopped selling those earlier this year and we don't know yet what she'll offer in her new shop opening in October. There are definitely sentiments on some of those but the patterns would've been more to your taste, I think. You've got the big names already in this thread: Cocoa Daisy, Studio Calico, Ali Edwards, Kelly Purkey, In A Creative Bubble (digital). I'll add Feed Your Craft to the mix although their kits sell it out in a matter of minutes when they're released. Most of these designers work on a monthly basis and require buying an entire kit with embellishments and whatnot. To get only the cards, you'd have to wait for a special sale where they deconstruct the kits and offer each component separately.

For themes I think cut apart 12x12 paper is the way to go.

For themes I think cut apart 12x12 paper is the way to go. This is what I have been doing, but my last scrapbooking store just closed this year so it's harder to find them online. The one stamping store we have left carries a little paper, but not usually the ones with cards on them as they aren't used as much for stamping.

Thanks for all of the company names. I'm going to look all of them up to see if I can find some cards to order.

In A Creative Bubble has some great themed sets, but a lot seem to focus on travel or Christmas. They are easy to print as is or to change/edit to what you want if you have Photoshop (not always, but sometimes).
Echo Park and Simple Stories have a lot of themed lines that include 12x12 sheets that can be cut apart.

Following. I need more "theme" cards as well. I should look at the cut a part papers...I haven't bought paper in a while! Mainly just PL kits from a subscription and they aren't very "themed" at all.

All good suggestions above. I like the Stampin Up pocket cards. The Project Life collaboration cards are discontinued, but you can find them in FB sale groups. Now they have cards that are called Memories and More. I just checked their website and they currently have flower, Christmas, and travel themed sets.
I have a rather large collection of Mambi pocket cards that I have been collecting/saving/hoarding. I'll try to post them on the FSOT board if there is any interest.

I have some of the SU cards and one set/box in particular was holiday themed more than the others and I've used a lot of those. I'd be interested in seeing your cards if they're themed/holidays, but I don't know where the FSOT board is?

Ohhh, you have to have 50 posts to see the FSOT board. I think you're just a little short of that.

Does it just appear once you have 50 posts or do you have to apply somewhere or do something?

I forgot to mention there is a phone app called Over that you can create text on photos. Your own or free stock photos. I use it sometimes to make my own PL cards when I am feeling creative. I actually think I might have paid a small free for the app, but I don't remember. But I have used it enough I feel it was worth it.
The forum won't let me attach a photo. Or I would show you one.
Send me a private message if you want, and I can email you some that I have created.
