I didn't want to hi-jack her thread. I wish there was a place to request custom Project Life cards. I know there are apps where somethings can be created, but I'm not that talented and I don't have the time. I would be willing to pay for the custom cards. Digital would be ideal for me. For example. I have this photo from Easter, after dinner my 6 yr old nephew went and got a baby bunny from the barn and brought it in to show everyone. It was adorable and we all loved holding it. After a few minutes my nephew got bored so he put the bunny down and went to play with legos. (I can't figure out how to attach photos here so I'll describe the scene). Where did he put the bunny you ask. Not in the pail where he should have. He put the bunny on the table. Sigh. I snapped a quick photo of it next to the china plates before we removed said bunny and disinfected the table and everything he came in contact with. Now since I'm just getting to scrapping my April Project Life photos now, it is funny to me. Something like "the Easter bunny coming to Easter dinner". I have no cards like that. But if someone could make something like that. hint hint A girl can dream. . . .

In your scenario I would just make my own cards. I've done that many times. Of course I just used actual paper, but I have so many stamps and stickers, etc. that it's easy to find something in my stash that'll work.

This is the time to get creative with stamps and/or letter stickers and cardstock or patterned papers and create your own filler cards. I like using a piece of white cardstock, and tearing off a strip of patterned paper and sticking that down for a pop of colour, and putting my letter stickers on the white section of the card. Or you can do it the other way around and use a piece of pattered paper and stick down a tearing of white paper. The white helps the letters be legible.

If you really want something easy digitally, I'd just use the PL app. Pick a base card and then add your text over it. The app is free, probably need to buy a themed kit (but not necessarily depending what you are thinking, there are several free kit), and buy the Free Form Text option. If you want to get really fancy also buy the option to upload your own fonts. People do amazing things with dingbat fonts. If you are on Facebook check out the Simply Project Life group.

Yeah, no I’m not spending money on an app that’s barely supported.

Check out the FB group to see what people are doing with it. You can do a lot for free in the app including pages, not just collages. You can journal on the journaling cards with out paying. But will need to pay for the Free Form Text option to be able to put text anywhere you want. To make your own cards I'd just make them in the collages, save to your device and crop if needed (ie for a 3x4) and print on cardstock.

I made a card for you in just a few second with the free options in the PL app. But I can't upload it to post unfortunately.
