I used another Page Maps sketch but turned it on it’s side this time. Again, the twist is to use something over 5 years old on your page. My pictures are from the summer of 1982 and are my old elements!

Thanks for the great sketch, it was perfect for these photos I wanted to scrap about my son in his kinder "uniform". (Kinder here is pre-school.) I used the 'Frederick' kit by Lynn Grieveson.

KelleeM, your page is so pretty. You have used such soft colors that complement your photos. I look seeing older photos scrapped and yours this month are wonderful. Thanks for the sketch and for your example. Linda, you are really speedy. That's a great way to use the sketch. I'm really enjoying all your Legos photos. Artists can do such amazing things with those tiny blocks! Great job on the title circle and all those pastel Legos. AussieMeg, I will leave love in the gallery. Your kids were (and are) so photogenic.

Love that Lego background pp, 2homeschoolmum. There is love in the Gallery for your sweet page, AussieMeg. Here is my take on this challenge. I have some Little Yellow Bicycle diecuts on there, as well as some ep pp from 2013. Back to School Covid style 2 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

I took this one, turned it sideways, and then sort of took it underwater so it looks a little different than the sketch. I did find some old paper in my stash that matches this kit pretty nicely for the twist. The photo mats and the little fish are all from stash paper from a card kit from eons ago. Here’s what I came up with. 2020 Sketchtember #21

KelleeM Great sketch! To me, this is one that lends itself well to similar-ish photos, which is what I have done! Your layout is beautiful! I love the delicate ribbon and embellishments that reflects that femininity in your photos with gram and mom surrounded by flowers. Really lovely. AussieMeg Such a cute photos & story on your layout! I love all the texture you've added with the banner and stars! Lots to keep your eyes happy on this page. Linda Sometimes simple really is the best! The patterned paper you've chosen really pulls out the colors in your photos, making them pop! Super cute! grammadee Oh wow! Little Yellow Bicycle is an oldie but goodie! I like the "plot twist" addition to your layout - totally fits the story you are telling. Nice ying/yang, too! ComplicatedLady Really cute layout! I like your underwater scene with the serene blues/greens and the cluster of "bubbles". My photos are from 1997, so I'm claiming the twist points on this challenge! I used some scraps as well as some new-to-me (but not new) stickers and die cuts for this layout. When I was adhering these photos down, one of them had an autograph on the back, that I got from the lead singer about 10 years after these photos were taken. I completely forgot that I had an autograph - so that was a nice surprise to find!

Ryann - that plaid paper works really well with your photos - love the guitar embellishment and the music note borders. How awesome to find the autograph

Great job getting these 1997 photos onto a page, Ryann! And what a wonderful discovery of the autograph! I love the flow of embellishments here from lower left to upper right, and what embellishments!!! The ticket! The guitar! All the stars and notes!

Great sketch! I didn't have 3 full size photos, so adopted it for my 4x6 and two 3x4s. My old item is the thickers in "personal" - 2012 sketch #21 by kirstendrew, on Flickr
