I bought some rugs and the description said gray/cream. Well when I got them they have more blue in them than gray so they don't work. When I started the return process it gave me preprinted return labels but from reading it sounds like the return shipping is one me and will be deducted from the refund. One of these is an 8x10 rug so I'm sure it's not cheap to return. Just seeing if anyone has any info for me! TIA!

I think you are right. I wanted to buy a rug from Wayfair, but so many people talked about the $100 return fee. So I just settled for no rug and then guess what? I saw that Amazon is selling the exact same rugs as Wayfair and Overstock. I bought two and they get here today. FREE returns if they don't work out.
I feel a smidge guilty about supporting Amazon, but man, I need new rugs and I need to see the colors.
I'm sorry yours will not likely work out. You should give them a call.

I think if you sign up for their club O (which is $20/year) you get free returns. Plus you get a percentage off your purchases for the year. It might be the cheaper option for you.

I'm returning something large and they asked if it was being returned in the original packaging. I said yes. They added another $30 to the already $30 return fee. Crazy.
