Sorry this is so late - I computer issues last night Generations - Twist 1 - (5 points) - Use at least one picture larger than 4x6. Twist 2 - (2 points) - add 2 points for each generation on your layout. Grandfather and grandchild - 4 points. Great Grandparent and child – 2 points. Mom, child and grandchild - 6 points. And so on. Awesome, gramma! I can always use help with layering, and this one is a good one! Also cool that your sample has two pages, so that helps with tying this one in to a comanion page.

gramma Great sketch - thank you! I love a single photo sketch! Your layout and photos are pure sweetness!! AussieMeg What a lovely layout. The colors and patterns work beautifully with your photo. Really pretty! Here is my take on the sketch. No large photos or generational photos, so no twist points on this one. Instead I did a cute picture of our cat Parker when she was a kitten. I made most of the layers wonky, rather than straight. The light outside is weird again because of the smoke, so the colors are off in the photo.

gramma - love how you expanded to a 2-page layout - I love the pops of colour against the mono background AussieMeg - pretty colours and I love the delicate flowers Ryann - cute kitty! love the bright colours and offset layers wendy crowe - all the hearts are great and that word paper is perfect ComplicatedLady - you do such a fabulous job turning it into a TN spread - did you make that background yourself on the left? I love it

Here is mine. I combined it with a different challenge to do a 2 pager. This is the right hand page. For the twist it has me and my dgs. I turned the sketch 90 degrees to the left and added another photo.

Here's mine! I turned the rectangular layers into the letters. Honestly, your sketch was totally the inspiration for this layout, I swear! And I chose the photo specifically to get the generations onto the page as well! You can SO tell these people are related, can't you! The two in black shirts? Cousins, not brothers. Altho their Dads are identical twins...so...genetically they are technically half-siblings layout grand grads by kirstendrew, on Flickr
