How do we track our order/check the status? When I check my account, my order says "fulfilled", but I haven't received it. I work from home and my window faces our mailbox. I doubt anyone took it. Could it be out there somewhere waiting to be delivered? Did you get an email with a tracking number? That's the only way I was able to see where it was but it wasn't scanned until it reached San Francisco. Beyond that there was no other information. Thanks for your reply. No, I've never gotten one of those, even with my previous KP sub. I made sure that the PP email is in my contacts. I receive emails from them about shop updates and I received an order verification but I never got any kind of shipping notification. I've checked my spam folder. In the past, orders would just turn up and 1-2 days later, I would get an email telling me it'll had been delivered. I haven't received one of those notifications yet though. Odd.

I received two e-mails with the same tracking #, one was for my subscription and one was for the Holiday kits. The old site used to have your tracking #, but this new one does not. That would sure help alleviate some e-mails to CS, I would think...

I got a tracking # and delivery date of Monday, 10/26. I didn’t get it and the tracking just says it’s gonna be late. It has not been updated since then. Weird

dawnnikol My parcel is currently stuck in French customs. I'm really annoyed for you and those in your situation because you can't know for sure whether your stuff is in the hands of USPS or not. It's been a week! Any movement today?

I got my order yesterday. Missing 2 rolls of washi in one of the kits. Thought this was a pretty big mistake given cost of the kit.

The email mine came from was greetings@paperperson.shop I have this issue with my LSS she is in my contact list with every emsil she has, I get everything except the my order is ready for pick up email. For some reason those go to my spam box no matter what I do. I even go find the emails in spam and recover them & mark them as not spam but they still go there. Perhaps it has something to do with the receipt she attached. I’m not having that issue with PP emails. If I made an order from my LSS I make myself a reminder to check my spam folder about an hour after the next time she is open. Maybe you have to check if it’s in there every time?

The USPS is dealing with a massive volume of mail - keep in mind all of the absentee ballots being sent around the country, as well as standard packages, mail, and junk mail. I work for an online business so I guess I'm a bit sensitive to this stuff since I answer questions like these all day. The USPS have not been scanning much at all - I ordered a few things from a record label in Ontario in mid-October, and there wasn't a single scan from the USPS until it was delivered at my house. The last update I had before that was Canada Post's message saying that it was being transferred to the destination country. I can't say for sure how much of this falls on the USPS and how much is on the Paper Person team, but just remember that they're not Amazon Prime ;]

On the other hand a mug I ordered back in the summer crisscrossed and zigzagged around the country passing by me twice getting scanned in all sorts of places. Got my package today - two days earlier than predicted! No scans since it arrived at Portland, but then scanned at KC last night and arrived at my house this morning! I agree, much fewer scans, especially items coming from the west coast.
I have to say it is disappointing opening the kits - doesn’t seem to be much there for the price, and the AC papers don’t really go well. The black and white kit is not as great as I’d hoped and the monthly kit has too much LLP designs mixed in for my taste. Oh well for now. I’m hoping for some good deals for BF. I will likely drop once my three months are up.
For anyone wondering on the alphas, not only are they on a larger sheet, but the letters themselves are slightly larger than her old KP alphas. Still great, but can’t really interchange with the old ones.

Got my kits today! October kit: - I don’t mind the cut aparts since I can make some of the 4x6s or otherwise 🤷🏻♀️ - The colors actually work well with the Pebbles and Crate Paper sheets. She probably used them as the color palette. - I don’t totally mind getting paper from these manufacturers since I don’t usually buy extra paper unless I LOVE a release. I do get that the other side (usually the A side) is weird though. - I’m ok with the value but one other small item in there would be ideal. Christmas kit (color): - Super annoyed the colors in the manufacturer papers don’t match those on the cards. - Feels overpriced without a stamp set, even with the 20% discount. Or like include the digitals - Die cuts could stand to be more cleanly cut - Irrationally angry at the cellophane bag to hold the kits. It’s so hard to put stuff back in and they tear easily. If they were going to use plastic, they should have just gone with zip top bags. - The corners of some of my papers are very lightly bent because this was shipped in a bubble envelope instead of a box. She should have opted for a hard cardboard envelope instead, if she’s trying to save money. Also wtf is going on with this spacing error

Nada for me. I'm hoping mine will just pop up like cbscrapper . I realize they aren't Amazon Prime, but the no scan at all thing has me peeved because I do order from other small businesses and it hasn't happened. Totally not on them because of USPS issues, but the posts about missing items just ups the anxiety level a bit. Gonna take it all in stride. Then I see pancakes post about her issues and I get irritated again. Definitely my own fault for going "all in" when we got the announcement.. You know that song in "A Goofy Movie"? He's got hiiiiiiiiiiiiigh hopes... that was me. Not so much now.

I am in the panhandle of Texas and my entire area has been shut down (major interstates shut down, airports shut down). I got my kit today. I didn't order anything extra from the shop so I didn't have any missing item issues. Overall I think its fine. I work from home all the time, so the stamp set is super useful for me. I agree that the paper with the baby cards on Side A is really odd and out of place with the overall theme. I'll be able to use it because I actually had my third baby boy this year, but when I pulled the paper out of the package, I definitely thought it was some sort of mistake, lol.

I've had to resend messages to KP's customer service before (during the KP Shop days) because I just wouldn't hear back from them. When I did get through, my issue was resolved quickly. But getting there can be such a hassle. Hoping for a quick reply and all your missing items in the mail ASAP!
