Welp, she sucked me back in! Subbed for three months. No way I’m missing this kit, I love it, the alpha stamps, and the NP mini shown on Instagram. 💸💸💸

I’ve rafted the New River with Ace for as long as my son has been alive. It’s one of my favorite places on Earth. I’m only a lot sad being a National Park my dog is shut out of SOOOOO many places now. Places that felt like ours. I’m also a little sad more people will go. So cool to hear! You know, I've been so many times but we've never gone rafting. Ever. We live closer to Ohiopyle, PA than NRG and we still haven't been. Are dogs not allowed on the trails now? That's sad. I didn't know that. I've learned of a couple of new trails I want to hike. We love Babcock State Park.

There’s some cute stuff in the kits. It really bothers me that every single month seems to use a variation of two of same pattern (reminds me it’s a small world and the florals). Like I don’t want the same thing in slightly (or the same) colors over and over. I’m not subbing anymore but from the kits I do have I have a lot of those designs left. So lazy. I like the themes of the stamps - they fit my girls really well but I don’t really scrap them that often (they’re adults). Probably will not get anything. I have some of the last national park stuff so I don’t feel I need this one.

The 6x8 paper here with the red pine tree print is identical to a Christmas one that was green. Ali recycles the same things over and over too, and I had to quit my sub there for the sane reason.

We just got back from a week's long camping trip in Yosemite during which my 14-year-old daughter and my husband climbed half dome. Definitely need the park's mini kit and the adventure trails stamps!

I’m trying to think if the timing would also get discount/early access to DD stuff (which I absolutely do not need) but I know me, and I will buy it lol

I didn't know that. I've learned of a couple of new trails I want to hike. We love Babcock State Park. National (and a lot of state) Parks have become very dog unfriendly. Basically parking lot access, and stay in the car otherwise. Rafting with Ace is so great! They do a great job on the river, the meals they serve during the rest, and their resort is a ton of fun. We used to go since way before all the resort stuff lol so we have seen it grow up. My parents are in western PA, and I lived in NC for a very long time, so meeting in the middle in places in WVA several times a year. I just love it and can’t say enough about it. It really is one of the most relaxing and awe inspiring places in the world. And to see it from the water, is just soul affirming. Please go. Ace offers many trips, and they can be more or less white knuckle depending on the time of year and the sections of River you do. In over 20 years I’ve never had a guide I wouldn’t trust with my life. They are true professionals and I will say rafting there is as safe as white water rafting could ever be. This time of year duckies on the New is super fun and relaxing. Please go! You won’t regret it. And I just convinced myself to sub… I literally cannot miss this kit, because I’ve never scrapped this story/feeling and I have to! Hahah! I am doing Ali’s travel class, and she’s doing 10 years of Dave Matthews Band concerts. I need to do our NRG history. Sorry for the ramble lol ETA: Gah! I just went to sub and I think it’s cut off? It just tells me I can shop at noon 😢 Serves me right I suppose.

Well, I didn't buy anything from the new release, except for 2 sets of the gold alpha rub ons. I did buy the National Parks, USA small, and USA large stamp sets from 2021 on clearance. I think I got the last National Park stamp set.

I’ve barely bought anything scrappy this year, but I think I just made up for the dry spell this morning. 😅 July kit (3 month sub) NP mini kit Camp stamp set Smokey Alpha stamp set Yogi alpha stamp set Extra gold alpha rub-ons June’s Kit restocked, soooo 🛒 small States stamp set (I might already have this, but my quick stash check only turned up the larger one…I need to take a closer look)
Yikes. 🫣

I ended up buying the Parks mini kit and The Great Outdoors washi tape. I passed on the Adventure Trails stamp set (for now) but I may pick it up later. The mini kit is a great kit! I’m excited to get it.

I got everything I wanted ❤️
I was really hoping the rub on sheets were transparencies. I just love them as is.
Anyone have any ideas how to do something like that? Rub the whole thing on a transparency? I wonder how that would hold up? I wish I could have bought a couple spares, I love them sooooo much!
I do have the bloom rub one, I’m going to try that today!!

Great idea! I have no tips, but I wonder if a thin layer of modge podge would help. I might give it a try on a few of the blooms page I have leftover.

I stopped subbing a while back but was really tempted to go back in for a 3 month sub. I decided to just get the kit and the NP mini without a subscription though. Looking forward to using these two kits!

Nothing tempted me this month which is usually not the case, especially with all this camping/hiking/outdoorsy stuff.

I rarely buy from the Paper Person shop. When I saw the new stuff this month I was excited!! I got The Great Outdoors Kit, the Parks mini kit, and the Camping washi tape.

My order shipped already. I didn't order anything extra so maybe that's why.

Such a pretty release this month! I absolutely love that coral and peachy shades are making a comeback, especially those leaning more to the orange than pink side of the spectrum. Kelly did a great job pairing them with lilac and yellow. It's a stunning colour scheme. The stamp sets are very usable. Happy Glamper is super well done and makes me want to take a mini glamping vacay. The check-off list is hilarious! Love-love-love the Smokey alpha. Thanks for always sharing the newsletter sneaks, dawnnikol!

Got my kit yesterday and it is so pretty. The vellum papers are too pretty to use (but I WILL use them, mark my words! ). It's kits like these that keep me coming back for more so I guess I'll stay subscribed.

My kit and washi tape arrived today! I ordered the Parks Mini Kit and The Great Outdoors washi tape... and I love them both! I think the mini kit is a great value and I love everything! The puffy stickers, the stamp, the papers... love it all. The washi is a fun addition. I ordered my prints from Shutterfly from our recent trip to Mt. Rainier National Park and I can't wait to scrap them with my new goodies!

did KP / Paper Person stop offering digitals of the kit cards and papers?
also I wish they would announce when they are removing the Christmas digitals from the shop - I just went to buy the All is Bright and it's no longer there. Not that I really need more cards but I could use a few of the colorful cards for my still unfinished 2022 December album.

did KP / Paper Person stop offering digitals of the kit cards and papers? I haven't heard anything, but the communication from her is not great. Or it's possible I missed something, but I doubt it.

did KP / Paper Person stop offering digitals of the kit cards and papers? I feel like she cleans out the website, but I don't know if there's a rhyme or reason?
