we've gotten the most sneaks ever this month lol I was thinking this is the most sneaks we've gotten all year! I hope they keep this energy up with posting on Instagram. I hope it doesn’t mean she’s going out with a bang and closing the shop

I have zero inside info to this brand, but I was thinking that the no new subs might not mean she's closing her shop, it could just mean she's hit capacity for subscribers without hiring more people/getting more warehouse space/etc. She is a small operation and probably doesn't have the interest in expanding (such as partnering with inked). Brands also have to order 6+ months in advance, so it also might be that she has a certain percentage of ordered kits she doesn't want committed to subscribers in case there are missing orders/to have some open for nonsubscribers, and then we'll see more subscriptions opening up in a few months.
As far as the sneaks, I'm sure she orders more of the christmas kits than other kits and they probably sell the best all year. If she already has all her regular monthly kits spoken for because she's maxed out subs, I could see lack of motivation to post sneaks since she doesn't really need to make more sales. That could be different with the Christmas kits though.
I do like lots of the sneaks, but others are confusing to me. I don't need any more supplies though (I got the full AE collection + have a lot of stash), her prices for nonsubscriber are really high, and the customer service complaints have scared me away so I will probably pass. I really love a lot of her designs in theory, but I often find them difficult to use. I think because she doesn't really have many journaling cards where you can add lots of words and everything is so specific. A lot of the kits I've gotten in the past from her (DD and other) are mostly just sitting in my stash :/

She could be really pushing the Christmas sneaks because she’s late to the game on it, knows most people have already found their supplies by now, and she needs to be appealing enough to get people to open their coffers again. If she doesn’t hustle to get eyeballs on her stuff, it won’t sell.
If I had to bet, I’d say she’s going to be wrapping up shop, but who knows. Maybe it wasn’t ever disinterest, but really personal catastrophes that may resolve. She’s a bit of an enigma. 🤷🏻♀️

She’s a bit of an enigma. 🤷🏻♀️ I'm leaning towards personal catastrophes as well and she's such a private person she doesn't think it's necessary to divulge ANY information. Like over August/September when people were hitting her instagram hard with dissatisfaction she most definitely should have posted something citing health issues or something even more vague instead of practically ghosting her subscribers and shop followers. It will be interesting to see how the end of the year unfolds.

I’m still canceling my subscription next month. I have zero FOMO and the recent teases don’t look any different than what I’ve been receiving for the past year. The stamps look cute but the paper patterns are a big yawn, at least to me. I’m excited to start looking at other subscriptions, maybe Hip Kit or NJFB.

I placed on order for the Halloween kit and a few extra's (vellum ghosts and the boo stickers). Well the Halloween kit came but no vellum ghosts and no boo stickers. I sent multiple emails to both of the email addresses I could find. No response. I did a charge back through my credit card since they refuse to respond. Anyone else having issues with non responsive CS? I have been a past subber...

Anyone else having issues with non responsive CS? This is unfortunately "normal" lately. It's really disappointing. The only time I've contacted them recently was when the subber free downloads were the same and they never responded but they did resolve the issue.

If they don't have anymore fine, no big deal, but at least tell me that and issue me a refund. Or at least say hey, I am not well. Let me get back to you later. I am ill with a chronic neurological disorder myself and I totally get not being able to deal with everything all at once.
Even though I am underwhelmed this year with the xmas stuff I was still going to place an order, but if they will not respond to missing items.....

Yep, will continue to blast the CS portal, PP email, and IG messages until I get some kind of response. So disappointing that KP/PP has completely dropped the ball on customer service. According to USPS and her own customer portal, my label was created two weeks ago and the package was never taken to the post office. At this point it doesn’t matter whether it is due to personal reasons/illness or staffing issues. Just respond. Something. Anything

I did leave a comment on their most recent Instagram post saying that you (didn't specifically mention you, said "my friend") has been trying to contact customer service and if anyone was monitoring the CS email. The person monitoring Instagram posted a reply to another comment 4 hours ago so we shall see if they reply at all. I'll let you know if they do!

I messaged them two days ago (on the 10th), told them I had ordered on Sept. 15th, had been charged for my order on the 18th, the shipping label was created on the 21st, and was still waiting. I asked for an update.
I got an email with an apology about an hour ago, saying that I should have received my order by now. They are shipping out a new box and they refunded my shipping fees.
She didn't say if they were going to be able to ship the whole order, though. At least one of the items that I ordered is listed as being out of stock. I guess I will have to wait and see.

Maybe that IG comment helped to finally get a response (but I also started just sending my pleas to IG messages, I don’t think the other CS is monitored much, if at all). The paltry response I received is below, not very clear if they are issuing a refund, or fulfilling the order. Still no refund on anything, so not sure what they are doing. Since the main kit sold out, I am guessing I am out of luck on that score, which really pisses me off because I have been a subscriber since day one. I “Hi _____, I apologize that you are still waiting on those items. We will get them sent to you and have refunded you for those items. If there is anything else that I can do, please let me know. Thank you, X Paper Person We're good on paper”

i haven’t ordered from PP in over a year. i used to be a subscriber and found that i was accumulating and not using. I randomly purchase digitals.
I must say that I’ve never had a CS issue. Everything was resolved quickly on the few times there was an error.
I hope that they stay in business. Now that i’m scrapping more, I hope to incorporate some of their designs.
