Did anyone receive a confirmation email showing their order? I ordered right when the shop opened around noon and got a confirmation #, but still no email. I feel like that usually comes right away. Mine came straight away. I shopped during the noon non-subber release. Just checked my spam folder and it was there. I did not have the PayPal option and I did the non subber noon time shopping

I shopped from 7-7:15 a.m. PDT and got an email right after I purchased. I did have a minor problem with my credit card, it said it didn't accept mastercard but I used a different one and it worked fine. I also did not see an option for paypal.

So odd that some people mentioned checking out with Paypal but many of us never even saw the option. Not sure what's going on.

PayPal wasn’t allowing the discount to apply so they probably disabled it. I used it this am, but when I went back to order letter stickers it was gone.

Is the shop shipping from Portland? I would imagine so.

I'm so glad a lot of her stuff sold out so quickly. I hope it means she's got a good solid customer base and will be around for a LONG time.
And screw the companies who kept peddling the nonsense claims of "nobody scraps anymore" (looking at you, SC).

I didn't get anything. I liked the Christmas kits and considered getting the color one, but we don't really anything super special for Christmas and I already have a lot of stuff for that as it is, so I couldn't justify dropping $50 on more. I wanted a few RBG stickers but they were all sold out when I checked in.
So glad to see that so many things sold out so quickly - this is a good sign for the new shop!

I *want* to drop 9.99 on the digital Elections 2020 cards but I won't because only a handful are applicable to non-US elections. I wish she'd adapt these to fit any elections anywhere. The "ranking the issues" and "I voted" cards are awesome! She could make an election swag bag in the future, jussayin'... If so, could she please include a "where I fall on the spectrum" card going from extreme right to extreme left? And a card where you can check all the -ism that matter to you (socialism, feminism, capitalism, etc.). Please, kthanks. 🤞
I'm hoping the future of Paper Person holds more mini kits and 6x8 sheets to cut down rather than 12x12. I'm loving the new stamp sets she has come up and look forward to next month's reveal already. This has been one of the few good things about 2020: the unexpected return of KP. I'll take what I can get!

I only picked up the sticker sheet with the masked santa and some letter stickers. Didn't need holiday kits that size. considering digital files of the election cards but waiting to see if I *really* want them

If my 3 month trial paper person works out i may change my subscription to longer. After thinking about it I'm actually changing my mind on liking the idea of the cut aparts because then if the pocket cards aren't applicable to me i can still use the back for a greeting card or something. Ill see how it goes. But I'm hopeful

I’ve been thinking about buying a couple of things. Today, I caved and got the A Little Christmas Color kit, the B&W Christmas stickers, and the Holidays in the Heat stamps (since I live in Phoenix.) I remembered I had last years colorful Christmas kit so maybe this one can be used with that one. Plus, I decided I wanted the Santas with masks and some of the other Covid related items since that’s been such a huge part of this year. Since I was still thinking about it a day or so later, I decided to go for it.

If anyone picked up the Halloween kit but decides you don’t want it, I’m happy to buy it from you! I missed it on release day.

I feel like I must be missing something.
The holiday puffy stickers only have two masked Santas on the sheet. I don't know why, but I sort of thought the whole mask thing would be more central to the theme.
And maybe this is petty, or I'm missing something (again), but why is the stamp 49 cents? Is it not American postage? USA first class stamp is 55 cents.
Were the collections rather expensive, or is that just me being cheap?
Even $9.99 seems high for the election digi set.
I'll wait to see the masked Santas digi set, to see if I want it after all.

@lavendarlayoutlady I agree the prices seemed high. I purchased a lot when she went out of business. I am unmotivated this year to do any documenting. I cannot justify buying more stuff that I’m not that excited about just to have it sit unopened and unused. Much as I have loved KP it’s all feeling very “been there, done that.”

For 9.99, she should've thrown in the .png files for the stickers included in the Elections 2020 mini kit, I agree. I really wanted to print my own Biden but alas, only the cards. The holiday kits were a mish-mash in terms of pricing. I don't like to pay full price for old AC paper + old AC Thickers so I'm biased negatively here. However, 47 dollars for a stamp-less kit seemed too high for me. I'm still baffled she didn't include a 3X4 stamp set in her main holiday kits or upped the price to 55 to include a 4X6 stamp set. The holiday mini kit (Stink Stank Stunk) was priced as her holiday mini kits have before, in the $35 territory, however.

I have always felt her items were priced high - even when she had her old shop. Nothing new there with this new shop. Also, a kit for over $40 without a stamp set? That seems high.

Also, a kit for over $40 without a stamp set? That seems high. Merry Merry at 40.49 and Stink Stank Stunk at 35.49 both come with a 4x6 stamp set. The two main kits, priced at 47.49 and 49.49, have no stamps at all. I'm surprised people see the same value as a stamp set in a very small number of ephemera pieces and some puffy stickers. The main holiday kits sans stamp sets looked like she'd puffed up her usual swag bags. Mind you, the only holiday kit to sell out so far is one of the main without stamps so maybe she's onto something with regards to a significant part of her clientele.

Honestly, I let the DD spirit overwhelm me and did not even check the contents before purchasing. It was my own fault and it's possible I would've just skipped it, because the stamps are such a huge part for me. That was one of the reasons I skipped the Election kit! However, my scrappy spending has been WAY low, so I'm not mad. I will pay closer attention though..

Oh hun, I was right there with you buying the very expensive Disney swag bag and then putting down another 17-ish dollars for the stamp set sold separately. I totally get it! (and yes, I totally bought Stink Stank Stunk just because I wanted the stamps and alcohol bottles ) Did you see the "Happy holidays except to all racists, bigots and homophobes" card in StStSt? I laughed so hard. The devil's in the details with KP's stuff...

My rationale—All of the holiday craft shopping I’ve done has pretty much been stamps, so I don’t really need another Christmas stamp set. That being said, the kit may not be worth the price, but I haven’t really purchased much outside of stamps, and I realized I have a low Christmas stash plus a Kelly kit from last year that may also work with this year’s kit. Now that I’ve said that, I still had to buy the holidays in the heat stamp set since we joke every year about putting Christmas lights on our cacti and palm trees. My snowbound family members don’t find it as entertaining as I do.

I think the person who gets a shipping notice first from PP/KP should get a new title on the Peas board.. I jest. Sorta.

I did get the Merry Merry kit and I almost got the stink stank stunk kit as well but I hesitated and now I'm wishing I had bought it. Although I won't get it now because I'm too much of a cheap person to pay separate shipping lol. Soooo silly.

I really like the Merry Merry stamp, but passed on that kit because Nutcracker is not really a big part of our Christmas and I couldn’t see my self using much of the kit. I think I can mimic some of the stamps with an outline alpha stamp and some masking.

When I really took a look at what I wanted it wasn’t worth it. I’ll check the price of the digital next month & see if the pieces I want are in it.
