What cards!! So fun to see everyone's take! jjpeapea - I love your idea with the wax paper!! So fun and all the leaves you put on there does make me think of picking them all up as a kid. scrappyrabbit - I love all the Halloween touches you added to your card. So much to look at! azcrafty - That is amazing how you made the card interactive! And I love the feel of the pumpkin patch that the card has. We do the pumpkin patch every year and this is so perfect! kkrenn - Love your spooky card with just a little pop of maroon. @scrappyrbbit - that is so cool that you attached your box to a scrapbook page! Love that idea! Linda - Your slimline fall card is just the right fall feel and then the box card with the cute ghost - so fun! |

I love all the cards that have been shared so far and great to see people trying out the box card technique for the first time. They do get easier, but they are also a bit of a fiddly nuisance! I bought the dies, but of course I hardly ever use them. Hoping I have time to try something out this weekend.

Took me a bit to get this done. I have a box due, but I remembered I bought a pattern from the Silhouette store too, so I decided to try that when I saw the fall theme. I really love the idea of the window and I think I will be doing more of those.   |

lynnek, your box card is adorable! The banners add a nice touch! Using your machine to cut the box card is a good way to speed up the process and make it easier.

scrappyrabbit, I totally understand. When I was making up my card samples for CARDtober, I ended up with a ton of box cards. I felt like I had to narrow it down to just one, but I am delighted that you decided to do more! Your baby box card is adorable! The expectant/new mom who receives it will be impressed and delighted!

Thank you! I just love the impact they have. I haven't given them to anyone, yet, so I am excited to see her reaction this weekend when I give this to her! The only problem is that it won't fit in an envelope because I made the pieces too high. So I will just fold it up and put it in the gift bag. |

Finally finished this one. Had to almost completely dismantle the first one I attempted. Here are two views.  POINTS: one card, created & shared (2), #1 CARDtober box card (3) + twist of window (1) + bonus for both (5). #9 window die (1), #16 PhotoPlay and Bazzil (1), #24 rectangle (1), #29 used an older die on a project in a way I had never thought of before (1), #44 fussy cut the 6x6" paper, #55 foil cs and stickers (1), #58 inked edges (1), #61 Christmas card (1). Total: 18.

lynnek, your fall card looks YUMMY! Love the apples, and that ghost peeking out from behind. Great pp selection. So much attention to detail! scrappyrabbit, you are on a ROLL with these box cards! That baby one is really sweet. So many cute icons and messages!

grammadee, I love your gnome box card! It is so incredibly cute with the little gnomes playing in the snow, and the window on the front is perfect!
