Eek! Is it too early to do that?? I'm so out of the loop and don't want to miss out :-P )

Jeez, how is it already October?!! 😳 Feels like just yesterday we where starting this whole pandemic crap, but then again it feels like forever since I've hung out with my family! Anyways, this month I'm taking on the enormous task of doing an October daily.... and if anyone knows me, knows I am notorious for starting something and not finishing it! But man, Halloween is one of favorite holidays so I'm really pumped to do it. Soo.... I've watched videos, picked out supplies and have even made a list of pictures I want to include. So, only 2 goals for October for me: Work my ss off on my October daily and work on my pandemic album!! That's it! Nice and simple!! 😂

I don't have a lot of plans for this month. I'll be working on an October almost Daily so that'll be taking up most of my scrappy time. Let's see if I can edit my Japan photos this month! I also need a long hard think about all the old Studio Calico kits I have but never used and what to do with them, especially the journal cards which if I'm being really honest, won't ever get used and are just taking up space.

Get back to scrapping. I've had the same 1/2 finished PL spread on my desks for at least a month from the end of June 2020. I plan to get current on 2020. I'd also like to start some DD prep and see what direction it starts to take. I've never done prep pages and I'm hoping to do some this year and see how that goes.

Create and mail out Halloween cards. Get close to finishing my nephew’s mini-album. Start Maine layouts.

I don’t scrap, but I make cards & books the same papers. I’d really like to have Holiday/generic Winter cards out the door to Bring Smiles to Seniors by the end of the month. Have 148 panels done so far would like to make more and still have to make the card bases too. It’s doable.

Fill up the fall TN I made. It’s only 24 pages but I always make these notebooks and never fill them up.
Design team projects - 2 for Christmas
31 minutes for 31 days project - I’m doing the photo prompts from @creativelife.happylife and journaling alongside the prompt each day.

I just started an October Daily and hope to have something to write in that everyday. We will see LOL.
I also need to make cards for the Peas Christmas card exchange! Maybe Cardtober will help with that!

I just looked at my September goals, and even though I don't feel like I did enough, I guess I did okay. My October goals will be
- finish editing and printing photos for Halloween album
- plan filler pages to separate years in Halloween album
- make my Christmas cards
I don't have a lot of time to play with papers this month, but I think it should be do-able.

All I did last month was go through the photos on my phone, I failed on everything else.
This month I joined the challenges to force myself to get off my phone and do something else!
1. I joined a xmas tag swap - figure out the design I want to make and make them. 2. Edit and upload older photos to Persnickety to start my backlog of PL. 3. Do 4 of the challenges in the challenge board. 4. Continue to edit photos as I take them on my phone or edit them at the end of the day.

I'd like to come up with a card design for the card swap and start.
I'd also like to create every week.
Get started on my special Christmas cards. I have 3 I need to make. They go to my best scrappy friends.
I love christmas it's my most favourite crafty time.

My favorite thread because I get to actually think about getting scrapping done! September was a bust. I didn't even have a crop. But in October I have a 2 day crop and a 3 day retreat. I have quite a few themes of photos organized with paper and embellies. Have no idea what kind of a dent I can make because it seems this year it has taken me time to get into the scrapping groove and be as productive as I know I can be.
At my 2 day crop I am taking Easter and some spring pics the first day to see how much of a dent I can make. With any luck I can possibly finish those and do a few others. But every time I set too lofty a goal I fall far short. If I do Easter alone it will be something.

Last month I didn’t do very well with my goals. This month I will be more realistic. Once I accomplish these things I will add more goals to my list.
Scrap 4 layouts of a pre-covid trip to the coast Plan pre-covid Disney trip pictures

Having a focus for the month helped last month. Still it is the 10th and I am just starting. Not a good sign. - Work on New Hampshire album
- Fix pages for day 2
- Work on days 3-8
- Get it printed at which ever company is cheapest for 3 copies.
- Print pages for life crafted album. Probably birthday pages??? (The size is so cute and I have too many ideas for it. I need to print something and try)

Didn't do much in September. Really hoping I have more time to scrap in October.
My goals:
Start & finish:
September 2020 pandemic layouts
Back to (virtual) school layouts x3 kids
Work on birthday layouts for 2 kids
Also, take autumn photos.

I went to my crop Fri and Saturday and I got 18 pages done and put away Fri but only 10 on Sat. I did make a big dent in the Easter pics but on Sat I abandoned that theme for some other random photos iclidong some pool and sandbox pics.
It was good to get into a scrapping groove with about 8 hours of scrapping each day.

I didn't set myself any goals this month because my scrapping has been so sporadic, but thanks to some lovely peas who have hosted virtual weekend crops I actually got some scraping done and I feel more on track! So for the rest of the month I would like to focus on 2020 photo organization to streamline my catch up scrapping for 2020 (I am waaaaaay behind). I would also like to print out some PL cards I bought earlier this year along with some election related images that were shared here. There isn't much October left but those are things I can do with tiny pockets of time, I just need to have a little discipline to drag out my computer.
