I am in. I've decided I want to join WW again. I did really well with it the first time I tried.
Here is my problem: Because of being in the wheelchair, I can't do weigh-ins at the meetings. And I actually don't have a scale at home. I need a scale I can wheel on to, and just subtract the weight of the wheelchair. There is one at the hospital; I can't use it right now, though, because of COVID restrictions on non-necessary people being restricted from the hospital. I am going to see if my doctor can get me in. I just want to be sure on my starting weight so I can figure out how many points I can have.
So if you guys start a thread, I'll join in, and I'll just let you know when I've officially gotten signed up.
The one thing I do like is this new plan they've set up with the colours. I was concerned for a while when I looked at the plans, and it seemed to me like they were pushing Keto type, anti=carb approaches. I've lost weight while still having toast for breakfast, or a potato at dinner. Those are things that I won't give up. Potato chips? Chocolate? Ice cream? Heck... even pop. But you'll take my baked potatoes from me only if you tear it from my cold, dead, hands.

keithurbanlovinpea and **GypsyGirl** , I joined No BS a couple of weeks ago as well. jeremysgirl was my inspiration! As for WW, I fully believe it works. I lost 72 pounds with them a good while back and even worked for them for a while. I gained most of it back because I was lazy about doing it. My other challenge with doing WW now is that the counting points is too difficult with my lifestyle now. I am hopeful the No BS angle will work for me better considering where I am in life. But I think WW is great if it works with your life! Oh, yeah, it totally works... if you follow the plan. That is where I struggle.

It's really filling.

I had a couple of ladies I regularly weighed in on it, and did just what you said -- subtracted the wheelchair weight and manually input the weight into the system. Have your checked with your nearby locations?

I believe they have a center in each territory with one. Call their 800 number and see if they can help you.

I’m a member on the Green plan. I joined in June, and am down 23 pounds. I’ve taken a bit of a break over the last couple of months, but I’m holding even. I’m starting back officially this week to lose more. The break was for vacation, and then just overall life stress. But I learned enough of my habits, and enough of the plan, that I’ve been doing good. My first goal is another 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. It might not happen, but that’s okay, I should be close.
Join online, and get in on the message boards. I love reading them, and posting (when I’m following the plan). I think they help motivate. I’ve not seen anything negative. I also like the boards that are more for hobbies, etc.
