Saving a .studio file as a JPG and PNG?

I can save my .studio files as a .SVG file but I’m having serious issues saving as a PNG or JPG file. The JPG saves huge so I have to resize it, which is annoying, then it won’t trace. I have a heart file that will trace but a sub file that won’t, even with the high pass filter on. I can’t figure out at all how to save as a PNG with a transparent background. And none of the sizing is correct... the files open too small or too large. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
