Continuing with my holiday theme, here are a couple cards for inspiration. The twist this time is to use non-traditional holiday colors. Any holiday is fine, but use mostly non traditional colors for that holiday.  CARDtober #12 CARDtober #12 v2 |

Great challenge! I have bought those Jullibean shaker card kits on PeachyCheap. Maybe I will follow your lead and turn them into a non traditional holiday card.

I had difficulty finding any holiday paper in my stash that had non-traditional colors, but I did find one. Only one. And it gave me a chance to use a Queen & Co. shaker that I had not yet used.  |

You gals all rocked this challenge! scrapnnana , that shaker reindeer is really cute. Love the lacy backgrounds. Linda , you may have felt stretched doing this, but your pink reindeer are really festive! jjpeapea , I love your whimsical winter scene! I am a big fan of those hits of rose gold foil on your card, azcrafty ! Here is my card. I was inspired by your penguin, ComplicatedLady , and the Hero Arts peeks of their October kit. Found an oval die that fit inside one of my ornament dies, so did a quick scene. Not sure my photo picks up the depth of PURPLE on this card, but it is there...
