I just made one that was posted in a farm group I'm in. It was pretty good but I might want to try some others. Here's the one posted: 1 lb chicken, diced 1 med onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 14 oz chicken broth 1 or 2 cans great northern or navy beans, drained and rinsed 1 small can chopped green chilies 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup heavy cream brown chicken and onion. Add garlic and saute for 30-60 seconds. Add broth, chilies, and spices. Bring to a boil and lower heat to a simmer. Simmer 30 minutes. Add sour cream and heavy cream. Heat through gently. Typing this out, I realized that I never added the cumin and oregano. It was still really good though.

Before most of these ingredients got added to my DH's no-fly list, I made this one. I'm not a chili person and I still enjoyed it. link
