My family laughs at me but I don’t go anywhere without my 20lb slam ball. Amazing stress relief. A TSA agent recognized me outside the airport from all the additional screenings I’ve gone through as a loc’d black woman traveling with a mysterious ball. 😂

Oh wow!!!!!!!!!!! DH made Trump voodoo dolls (with pins) quite a while ago. He used our orange cat's fur for the hair (sewed it in place). If I could find a pic, I'll post it. It was pretty darned cool!!!!!!
This doll is too nice looking, but I'm sure it's fun to throw it. You could also try using the pins....... If you need instructions, I could send them to you.

I had a boss once who had a tennis ball in his office and threw it at the wall when things were just too much for him.
He just let everyone know that was his stress reliever.

I have one in my desk at work. I think it’s cute, but it never gets a workout. I don’t get that pissed about anything at work.
