I am considering getting a hand me down Silhouette SD. I don't have a die cutting machine, and I would like to be able to use cut files that are available online. Will I be able to use this machine for these cut files or is the Silhouette SD too old?

I had a Silhouette SD for 9-10 years and just upgraded to a cameo.
I didn't have problems connecting, but I have had more issues with the belt and not cutting great even with a fresh blade.
So just be careful buying one that might have had a lot of ue as it might really show its age and not do as well as you hope.
