I *love* Flo and have used it for over a year. It’s perfect for what I need it for and really don’t want to change. But their most recent update has added daily spam notifications that you can’t turn off. I emailed the company asking how to do so and they responded you can’t. So my options are either turn off notifications altogether and then not get the notification of when my period is about to start (I’m not that put together that I keep track in my head) or keep the notifications on so I can get the ONE I want and get daily notifications.
So, what is your favorite period add that is not the iPhone Heath app or Flo? I just use the basics ~ track when my period is so I know when I’m due to start or when my next few months will fall.

I use Clue. I like it for basic tracking. I haven't tried any others, though, as I was happy with this one.

P tracker.
There's a free basic version and a premium version. I use the free one. Haven't had an issue. The only problem is with the basic, there's no account to carry over from phone to phone. It does track your period and will learn and adjust predictions the more periods it has. It's accurate within a day for me.

ETA: As others I just want to track my period I don't need any other info or tips.

I use Clue. I don't really use it for much other than tracking the date and length of my cycle, and it does that, so I haven't explored any other features. It suits my purpose.
You can set multiple types of notifications, I just have a PMS alert so I don't wonder why I want to set something on fire irrationally. (I always forget and wonder what the hell is going on!) I don't get any spam notifications from them.

I'm currently using Life - just the free app, and ignore the "upgrade" ad every time I open it.
Colour me excited - but as of today I am 24 DAYS LATE!!!!!! Sunday I will officially have completely skipped my first period ever (excluding pregnancy) since I started at 14!!!!
(I'm just a wee bit excited)

I use P Tracker and have for years. I don't know if I ever paid for a version of it, but I am pretty sure it's carried over the info when I've got a new phone. I just opened the app and there's a button that says "Go Premium", so I assume I haven't done that.  It has info in it going back just shy of 4 years in the log and I definitely haven't had this phone for that long. Colour me excited - but as of today I am 24 DAYS LATE!!!!!! Sunday I will officially have completely skipped my first period ever (excluding pregnancy) since I started at 14!!!! (I'm just a wee bit excited) Mine have been really all over the place for a couple years. I skip 1 to sometimes even 3 months and then have 1 or sometimes 2 and then skip a couple again. It's kinda driving me nuts because I have no idea when to expect it. The app says my average cycle is 69 days right now. I hope it just stops all together! |

I use P Tracker and I can't for the life of me get it to consistently give me any notifications at all! I have the latest version and notifications are set "ON" but I think it actually GIVES me a notification about once a year...
It's not a huge deal because I can mostly tell when I'm about to start and that prompts me to open the app and check. It is pretty accurate - which is hard to do for me since my cycles last anywhere from 26-32 days.
I would not like getting daily spam notifications from a period tracking app...

I absolutely love Flo too and have just learned to ignore those daily updates but not impressed either that they can’t be turned off. 😔

I use the Moon.
I’ve been cycling from New Moon to Full Moon then back to New Moon. If I had it on the New Moon then the next month would be on a waxing crescent and eventually on the Full Moon.
I’ve been getting closer and closer to the New Moon each month and got mine on the night of the New Moon this time, so yay new beginnings! ☺️
