Had to give scrapbook.com a shout out.
Purchased a few rolls of ATG tape and one was defective
They were happy to replace it in my next order and have happily done so
Also had one of my orders that went to Ireland on route to me in Australia [!!!] go missing and they have refunded me immediately
Fabulous service for an overseas customer- they are the only us store I order from -Because of this and their reasonable shipping

SB.com's customer service has always been impeccable to me. Refund quickly without any hassle. They make it easy to like them even if you're an international.  So glad your problem has been sorted, camcas! |

Yes, they are pretty good and I find shipping is generally quick. I received a pack of white bazzill cardstock that was cut wrong so there was an erroneous line printed on one edge. I offered to send it back, but they just sent me out a new pack with no fuss.

Scrapbook.com is my favorite online store and I agree, their customer service is great. Unfortunately right now I can’t say the same for Spellbinders. You can only reach them by email and it takes forever to get a reply.

I also have had great service from SB.com over the years. And their international shipping is so much more reasonable than other places.

I have great luck with them over the years and with the order that I’ve placed since moving overseas. Well packaged and liquids double bagged. And no penalty charges for shipping APO!

Ireland? on the way to Australia?!? I'm not good with geography, but I'm thinking something got majorly screwed up, there, lol.
Glad to hear they're a good company for customer service! I don't order much online, but since the SB stores are disappearing, it's nice to know which websites are good ones to shop. And I was contemplating ordering a few things, so this is good info.

I recently had a problem with one of my orders from spellbinders ( they sent 1 of something I ordered 2 of ) I received my order in Friday after work, I emailed them Friday. They responded Monday and my refund was thru back on my card by Thursday I thought that was pretty adequate customer service. |

I am so glad to hear they took care of you! It is nice to hear some positive feedback about a scrappy business. I LOVE SB.com. If I can't get it from my usual Australian stores I buy from SB.com. Their shipping rates for internationals are the lowest by far...I can get a decent-sized order shipped to me for $12.99 and it usually arrives in a couple of weeks. I will also add if there are any issues with product they refund immediately and never make me send it back.I had a sheet of 12x 12 Crate paper chipboard that was mis-cut, they sent me a new one immediately.

I’m in the US—in Arizona. I’m honestly close enough that I could do pick up if I were motivated.
However, I’ve never had an issue with prompt deliveries or anything that needed to be returned.
Their customer service is second to none.
It’s my favorite place to order because of variety of supplies and because of amazing fast shipping.

They are my go-to! It used to be ACOT. They omitted an item from an order one time and immediately sent it to me and a coupon for next order. Love them!

I placed an order because of this thread. I ordered mostly adhesive but also got the rainbow stencil and the snowflake and heart dies and rectangle dies. I was going to add the free magazine but it bumped the shipping up from $5 to $9 and it wasn't worth it for me.
