I'm not really scrapping, but I am helping my mom organize her scrap stuff and making a card for a friend. I'm excited as I have a Mama Elephant (the Thank you Whale) stamp set to use and I haven't used it yet. Yay new stuff! Anyone else playing with paper tonight?

I am. It's been wet and cold here so perfect weather for staying indoors. I received an order with some BasicGrey papers on Thursday and am planning to break into them and make something today.

I was considering it and now it's almost 7 p.m. and I've had a glass of wine and I'm ready to watch TV and chill. Maybe I'll edit some photos and print them out so I'll be semi-ready to scrap tomorrow.

Would love to but my mojo may be gone as I'm wasting time on the computer rn. I did work on PL for a bit earlier today and am ready to start printing out Oct photos next. Although I've been slacking off on journaling and adding dates for the last few months, I should really get to that before more photos!

This reminds me, I happened to browse Mama Elephant's website last night and saw the Little Gnome Agenda set - it's so cute, they really have adorable stamps and I haven't bought any for awhile. Hoping it comes back into stock in a reasonable time. |

I did! I finished up a set of 22 cards that I am giving to my coworkers. They are all the same basic design, but different papers/elements. Just like my scrapbooking style, I took an intentionally simple card design, and kept adding more elements.  Like instead of just stamping the sentiment for the front, I decided to die cut the letters "you", and make them each 2 layers for emphasis...well, that's a lot of letters and gluing of layers when you are making 22 cards! But I like the finished product. Then I had to decide which coworker would get which card/sentiment. I have yet to write the personalized note inside however. I don't know how cardmakers do it... |

I did earlier today. I wanted to do two summer double layouts using the 6 x 6 paper pad class because I could put so many pictures on them. One was of the animals from several zoo visits and the other was all of the lake visits we had this summer. I ordered the pictures and got them today and got them all on the layouts. (I actually do two of each layout.) Tomorrow I'll put the little emebllishments on. Feels good to have summer done even if there weren't that many events.

I am not. My mojo seems to be slipping away this week. I hope it's back for the Sunday crop. I have lots of new paper to play with so I hope that helps.

I am hoping to tomorrow! I finished a page kit that had two double layouts in it yesterday. I'm trying to get my mojo back...I haven't felt like scrapping/crafting for a long time.

I did. Printed some pictures and added another page to my CT album of yearly family/friend trips.
Depending on what our tournament is like today I’m hoping to scrap some tomorrow.
