I have 2 neighbours/friends who both want Cameo's. I told them to hold out until Black Friday because there are usually good prices then.
We do live in Canada, but only 10-15 minutes from the US/Washington state border. We all do plenty of shopping across the line, and often have items sent to businesses that rent out mailboxes.
So my question is, does anyone have any tips or ideas where the best place is to order one from? I've had mine for a couple of years and didn't order it online. It was a gift from my dh and he got it at the lss. |

Don't quote me exactly on this price but I remember last year a lot of peas and other people I know got offered a deal at Joann's on BF online only for only 4 hours on the Cameo for $129. It's wasn't advertised if I recall it just showed up as a hot buy on their site then word of mouth brought others in on it.
I know amazon has deals as well...a lot of package type deal.

I bought mine at Michaels on Black Friday last year. Now that it is carried by Hobby Lobby, and I think Joanne's, I am guessing that all the hobby stores that carry it will have some kind of a special deal.
However, the bundles you find at Amazon (and the one my friend found at Overstock) seem to give more goodies for the price. I only got the mat & blade that normally come with the machine, no extra goodies.

I bought mine last year directly from Silhouette. I purchased a bundle for $230 which included the cameo, mat, blade, dust cover, tool kit, designer edition of the software and I want to say $60 in store credit for cut files. So I would check there and amazon too!

I bought mine last year when SIL had their Black Friday sale.
I did just see a bundle on Steals.com for $239, but I didn't look at what all that included.
