Yeah, I think I'd definitely believe Kyle over Kim. I think they're filming right now, I wonder if any of this will air on the next season of rhobh? I really hope not bc I'm so sick of seeing pitties dragged through the mud and typecast as evil, vicious, no good dogs when it's the owner to blame. All dogs need proper training, care, and to know who their leader is so that they do not feel the need to take on the roll. So many times, I would say 90% of the time, it's owners who cause and create problems in their dogs without realizing it, and then the dog suffers the consequence. Let me be clear, I think it's awful that someone was bit, this dog needs to be removed from Kim's home and hopefully rehabilitated and trained properly. I pray that all the damage she did as an owner can be undone. I think pit bulls are very much attuned to their owners and Kim is not mentally stable enough to own one. I'm pretty sure everyone was nervous when she got Kingsley, it was a bad idea from the start.

20 hours ago And I'm glad it was Alexia and not little Portia. Whoops! I accidentally hit the like button when I really meant to say about this comment. Probably because Alexia is a lot older and Portia is still a little girl. It is unfortunate any one had to get bit but at least it wasn't a young child.

I used to work with one of the relatives of the Richard's girls that often shared stories about them. It's one of the reasons I'm interested in watching this show, I've followed the family at a distance for 20 years.

peano...I'm glad the dog bit Alexia on the HAND instead of the face and I'm glad it was Alexia who is 17 instead of little Portia who is 5 and the dog would have shaken her like a rag doll and probably done a lot more damage.

Young children can be badly mauled because they aren't as able to defend themselves and since their surface area is smaller than an adult, the proportion of their body that is damaged is greater. Alexia is adult sized. That's why I said it was such a sad thing to be grateful for. A very real alternative would have been that the dog attacked Portia on her face, limb or torso and done much worse damage than was done to Alexia. No one wanted Alexia to be hurt. I hope I'm wording it so it makes sense....

I have no idea who these people are but I clicked the link and read the story and update. My thoughts: Oh my gosh-Kim is in la la land. It's astonishing to me that she is actually trying to defend her dog and say that her niece’s wound simply needed to be "cleaned out" in the ER, when in reality her niece spent 5 days in the hospital. We all know these days you don't spend any more time in the hospital then is needed. They certainly don't let you languish in there until you're good and ready to go home.
This woman has absolutely no business owning this dog and to read on the comments that this occurrence is now "on record" this dog's 4th bite is shocking. Isn't there some kind of law that says once a dog bites a human X number of times it has to go to animal control and be "put to sleep". I thought that was in the case in most States.
I am an animal lover, and my heart bleeds for this poor dog who was never given a chance in the first place because of this ignoramus of an owner. But I also look at the reality and think, "What about the next time?" It looks like nothing is going to change. Kim still has the dog, no charges were filed, so who will be the next victim? Because you know Kim isn't going to wake up tomorrow and say to herself, "You know what? I'm the problem. I'm a shitty owner, and I really need to get my dog trained properly and take care of him properly. It's time to call in Caesar." Yeah right. If only that were the case.
