My husband needs a new iPhone badly. We don’t wanna spend a lot of money because he just uses it to call a couple people and to check emails every once in a while. Things like that. We heard about this new iPhone SE that’s a lot less money. Do you like it if you have it. Would you recommend it?

Does it have to be an iPhone? There are other phones that are less money.

I just got a new SE 128 gb phone online at Walmart for $250 to replace my 7 plus that was dying.
It is much smaller than my prior phone.
I like that it still has the home button.
I am very happy with my purchase!

I just got a new SE last weekend and so far like it. The functionality is basically the same as my 6S but the camera is much better.

I also have a 6s that needs replacing and have been considering an SE. Phone guys at Walmart (I use Straightalk) suggested the SE as a good but less expensive replacement.

My DD#2 has one, she loves it. Now to see how long she has it before it gets dropped in some form of liquid. She had her last phone in rice 4 times, came back each time.

I got mine when they first came out earlier this year. I love it. It's my 1st iPhone, and as someone who hates spending money, the price made it a little easier.
It's smaller than the others and does finger, not face, recognition. However, it has the latest software version, etc. As someone who doesn’t do a lot with their phone either, I think it might be a good option.

My son has the SE and he chose that one. He doesn’t like social media so he has it because it’s a phone.
