Ugh I just realized I added the wrong photo to the gallery and up here! I often take a pic of my layouts, then mull on it and add more to it. In this case, I added paper layers to the sides. Anyway, hope to get a page done today, because this weekend I’ll be visiting my nephew for his first bday!

Sounds exciting, scrappyrabbit . Nothing more fun than a first birthday party! Looking forward to seeing the birthday pages. And don't worry about posting a LO that you changed and improved. I sometimes make changes BECAUSE I posted a project. When I look at it on the screen I suddenly see that I misspelled something, or forgot to add something, or that it needs a bit of balance, so I fix it.
Spent some time this morning addressing envelopes and stuffing Christmas cards in them for the 2Peas swap. sleepingbooty do I get points for that?

I feel like taking a picture of my layout is part of my process now. I don't know about birthday layouts any time soon, haha - I may take a break for the holidays when I finish this Maine project. But I am excited to give them the mini-album I made for him!

Glad you are enjoying your card making, kellyr21. I know they will be beautiful Here is a fun card I put together for my brother's birthday with my new Spellbinders skiing snowman set (November small die of the month). Don't think I could do a batch of these for Christmas cards, but it was fun playing with them for one card: downhill by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And here is the inside. I fussy cut the insert for ski hills, folded it in the middle, then just picked a point at random and folded both wings back on themselves, then (after inking) just glued it into the bottom corner of the inside, applied more tape and closed the card. downhill inside by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Two pager- the flowers down the center connect the two LO's together as a spread. They could also be put in the album separately, but I like them as one.

You ladies have been busy! scrappyrabbit, I will leave love for your cards on Flickr. And don't worry about cheating: all is fair in love and scrappy challenges ! KikiPea, your pages are gorgeous, as usual. I like your scraplift better than the sample LO. What beautiful photos! And is that the new Vicki Boutin paper? And the two pager is fun! You and your guy take the best selfies, and all your playful clusters add to the lighthearted feel. kellyr21 I am loving all your hand drawn people this month. Will check out your TN pages more closely in the Gallery.

So bright and happy! I love the variety of pp you used especially that lavender animal print. I have that too and can't wait to use it. grammadee- Your double pagers are so cohesive and well done. I like the colors and the band that ties the two pages together.

I’m not playing for points this month but I thought you folks might want to see the flip through of my virus diaries vol.2. I’ve shared more details in the pandemic documenters thread, but except for a couple of small spaces I’ve left at the end for important developments I’m done with this documenting for a while. This LO is for Sketchy Saturday November 21. I used the 'Shabby Chic' kit by Ooh La La Scraps. The photos are of my great aunt (my mum's favourite aunty), and were taken in 1928 when she was 2yo. And yes, she's still alive - she turned 94yo this year. I also included part of the poem Furry Bear, by A.A. Milne, on the journal card. The poem was written around the time the photos were taken.

Left love in the Gallery, AussieMeg . Didn't get much done today, but I DID design and construct an interactive card for my dgs. Knock knock jokes are pretty popular with these guys. I hope he likes the door and flap that open, the counting, and the wobbly mounted gnome. The front with a door that opens. Knock knock card front by Gramma Dee, on Flickr A flip up flap inside, with the normal response to Knock Knock: Knock knock card lift flap by Gramma Dee, on Flickr On the back of the flap is a birthday greeting, and under it are the party gnomes, one on a wobbler spring:
Oh, and because he will be 7 I made sure I added one more candle to the cake after I took this photo!
