Walmart had plastic water glasses with lids on the 90% off rack. AND they had a cat label on them. We own a cat skidsteer and my husband loves to cat things. Cat = catapiller. He will love these cups!

I've bought gifts for most of the adults in my life already. I'm doing really good there. Some of the kids, however, have me stumped and I'm not sure what to get them. DH and I planned on Christmas shopping this Saturday since all the kids will be gone.

What Christmas shopping? I have barely started.
I got one small gift for 7 month grandson, plus a couple of stocking stuffers for him. For my dil's, I got them each an EOS kit with 2 lip balms and a handcream for their stockings.
That is the extent of my shopping so far. I'm going to Costco tomorrow and am hoping to pick up a few things there. Plus I have a 5 day weekend coming up starting tomorrow so may hit the mall on one of those days.

I have a boatload of people to shop for, 30 or more. Usually everyone comes up with for suggestions for me. I get all stressed about finding the right thing at the right price. Spend weeks doing it, finding things on their lists, making sure no one else bought it. I've decided this year I'm going to wait until Dec. 15, head to the mall when it opens, and shop until I find something for everyone. I'm just going to buy them something I want to give them. Then come home and put everything in gift bags (maybe include the receipt). DONE!
Yeah, I know, not gonna happen. But I swear, some year I'm gonna do that! To hell with what they want to get, I'm getting them what I think they need.

I actually have a few things already! We seem way ahead of schedule this year, lol. A few small things for DH, we have some things for DD, and I have a few great ideas for both DS and DD already. The extended family can get tricky, but I have a great little idea for many of the women, so I feel super accomplished!

DD - Done DH - Ugh tough guy to shop for but started DS - Started and thought I knew what else to buy until he just told me he bought it himself..err DM - Another tough one, and she just had a birthday. Grandkids - 2 are almost done and the other is a teen so another hard to buy for. DILs - No idea where to go or what to do. MIL is chair bound with no interests and goes no where (because of her condition they can't even go out to eat) and DIL is just being her caretaker.
And slowly working on stocking stuffers.

I've bought one gift so far, it came in the mail yesterday. Exactly that. And actually, buying 1 gift this early is more than I like. I prefer to wait until after Thanksgiving. I'm very organized and methodical about it but I just prefer to get the whole thing done in one or two trips and a little time online.

I'm having fun shopping for DS this year so I'm trying not to go overboard!! He's at a fun age where he's interested in things and that makes it more enjoyable for me. I've also not spent much thanks to finding some amazing deals locally so that makes it easier to go crazy too. DH is almost done bc he wanted some higher priced things and I worked them into the budget earlier in the year. My nieces, brother, SIL haven't been started but I'll wait for a list. My mom is done too. But her bday is dec. 31 so I need to shop for it as well. Inlaws haven't been started. Have no clue what to get them. I've also been shopping for me... Lol! DH has it easy this year. Bought myself a laminator and new espresso maker

I haven't even started. It does not feel like Christmas yet to me. At all. Plus that's what Internet shopping and quick Amazon Prime shipping is for.

I never do this ever, but, apart from a couple of things I'm done completely for my husband and it's all wrapped . We're not going to be together for Christmas this year but he's managed to wangle some holiday at the beginning of December so he's flying over to see me. We're going to do an early Christmas .

I pre-ordered the hardbook edition of Laura Ingalls Wilder's biography from Amazon for my daughter. I have pajamas for my youngest son. I only buy for a few friends, kids, and my mom. It shouldn't take long.

I am about halfway done. I'm having surgery on December 5, so I'd like to be all done before then. I'm afraid of the damage I would do shopping on line under the influence of narcotics!.

Teacher gift making supplies have been ordered does that count? I do have one teacher gift done, and ideas in place for the others, I'm hoping for some good deals as we approach black friday before pulling the trigger.
ETA, Christmas cards are done, which is the earliest I've ever completed them.

Hahahahaha! I've downloaded the Santa's Bag app and set my budget. That's about it! Seriously considering trying to do all my shopping on one day this year and be done. No over thinking and stressing about gifts. I really want to just have fun and make some sweet memories this year!

nothing, nada, zip, zilch - not even thought about what I can buy people.
Why oh why do I do this every single year??? You'd think I'd have learned by now. Each year I tell myself this will be the last time I wait until the last minute. Each year I say I'll get all the shopping done throughout the year. Each year I fail.
