Is anyone having issues with not getting your orders? I have some that I have not gotten that we’re shipped in August, shipping states that they are here, but not delivered. Post office states they do not have them. There are a few designers that create just for them. So they are not something I can get here.

I have always gotten an order but they take 3-4months. I'd just sit tight and wait.

Yes - I had an order from July 1 with 6 slimline dies that was never delivered but says it is here. I finally sent in a dispute & they refunded all my money. I have another order I made on September 9 that hasn't been received but I'll give it until December before I file a dispute.
My friend ordered around the same time (both July & September) and received her orders fairly quickly so it's hit or miss for sure.

Another thing is you can also check your order status and if it's near the time the buyer protection expires (a week or so) I have contacted the shop/seller and asked them for an update or if they can extend buyer protection. (Most of the time they extended the buyer protection.) I've had a few sellers not respond, but most of them have been super nice, apologetic, and happy to extend the protection.

I ordered a bunch of dies as Christmas gifts in mid October. I hope they arrive by mid December. With mail delays, I may end up gifting them in January.
