I know I'm clutching at straws, and I still only have a rudimentary understanding of your electoral college system - but has there ever been a situation where the electoral college votes didn't ALL go to the person with the majority? Is that even possible? I'm not sure I've expressed that right, but hopefully you understand what I'm asking.

I can’t figure out where the last 4 votes came from. Maine? I thought Maine had already been counted. For Biden? Hawaii, probably. Ah, I hadn’t seen that yet it’s probably what I missed. Thanks!

Fox News & CNN are stating Biden will be speaking soon. What would that be? It seems way to close to call victory or defeat.

65% counted in MN - Biden ahead 217,000 votes. (We cannot afford to lose MN now.) Anyone up that’s familiar with MN counties and which way those not yet reporting might be leaning? eta: iamkristinl16 are you still on?

What's the deal with Nevada? Why are there no votes counted there yet? So far, only <1% reported., 4,400 votes counted. I don't know why it's slow.

There are 2 states that don’t give 100% of their electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote for the state, Nebraska and Maine.

Chicago voted 81% for Biden and 16% for Trump. There’s your blue wave. With that, I'm going to bed. IL was blue in 2016 and now...we need more blue...more blue

Yahoo finally gave Florida to Trump, but they haven't given him Texas yet. I hope FoxNews is wrong on that one!

I think something happened in Clark County to delay the count? Thought I read that earlier. And polls were supposed to stay open longer for some reason?

IL was blue in 2016 and now...we need more blue...more blue I was just being fliply figurative, or figuratively flip, but sure, I’ll rephrase: As is tradition and as was expected, Chicago (and Illinois) went Blue, and I’m going to bed secure in the knowledge I live in a blue, unwavy sea ... which is the color seas should be. Night, y’all.

He said he left confident he would win, but it was necessary to count votes to see what the American people want.
