sleepingbooty and others..thank you. The thing with Trump is, he doesn’t give a shit what the world is saying or the OSCE. Same with his cult folks. For them only they matter, rest of the world be damned🤬

My sincere apologies to sleepingbooty for prevailing upon her to stay awake expecting Georgia would announce results last night. I was in good company and had a legitimate excuse to drink coffee at 4AM, what more could I want (besides the damn election results)? Last night was the adult's version of a kid staying up until midnight and I regret nothing!

Sleepingbooty What sites are being visited by OSCE? I had no idea we had onsite observers from an outside organization other than democratic and Republican Party officials. No idea as of now. The mission chief, Michael Link, gave an interview to a German newspaper (behind paywall) in which he denounced Trump's tactics but I guess we'll ultimately have a full report on the OSCE website. Other European newspapers and media are picking it up now.

Thanks! I'm skimming through it right now. How things have changed, my fellow Peas. 75 years after the end of WW2, it's now Europe who is sending observers to the US. Just one generation, that's all it took. Democracy is so fragile. Fascism is always waiting in the shadows.

Here is when we will hear results/updates: I know nothing about Arizona, just the stereotype of people who live in Scottsdale. How does Maricopa county lean? Also, are the votes in Vegas likely to help Biden? I would think they would, but worried that the Covid restrictions in Vegas are probably devastating to the people who live there and they might be under the impression that Trump will just open everything up.

Good morning, everyone! Keep on keeping, peas, we’re still looking good. My sincere apologies to sleepingbooty for prevailing upon her to stay awake expecting Georgia would announce results last night. Regardless of Trump’s meritless suits, Joe has four paths: 253 + PA 20 = 273 253 + AZ 11 + NV 6 = 270 253 + AZ 11 + GA 16 = 280 253 + GA 16 + NV 6 = 275 North Carolina has also tightened but still with Trump leading. Biden doesn’t need NC, but it remains a possibility for him: 253 + AZ 11 + NC 15 = 279 253 + GA 16 + NC 15 = 284 253 + NV 6 + NC 15 = 274 As Joe says: Keep the faith! Oh if only the end result would be GA + NC = 284!! Trump would combust at the thought he was 14 over the requirements.

Luckily NY isn't a battleground state. The county I live in doesn't even BEGIN to count mail in ballots until Monday!

Is there any truth to votes in Az being thrown out because of sharpies? There are persons from both parties that look at ballots the machines don't read. A few friends who are Trumpsters are saying ballots aren't being reviewed and instead thrown out No. No votes being thrown out because of sharpies. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/11/04/sharpie-votes-arizona/Thank you for the link!

I know nothing about Arizona, just the stereotype of people who live in Scottsdale. How does Maricopa county lean? Early on in the vote count, it was favouring the Democrats heavily. While Trump won by 3 points in 2016, since then, over 200 000 new residents have moved in and that has changed the demography significantly. The Hills had an amazing analysis just before Election Day on why Maricopa County would be key.

While that's true, the pandemic has significantly reduced the amount of international observers at the US election. The OSCE pushed through to have their full mission on the ground and ready to work. I'm guessing they may need to stay longer with Trump waging so many legal battles against various vote counts.

Typically has been Republican but has been leaning more Democrat especially as more people from California move there and Latinos vote more. I think it helped that John's wife supported Biden.

Two can play that game, Donny.. I hope we find that two can play at A LOT of games. Like the game where McConnell is already moaning about who cabinet secretaries can be. I hope Biden can play at the games Trump taught us about naming "acting" heads if Mitch is gonna start dictating and obstructing.

If the Senate is tied who is the leader? I know that isn’t going to happen, but what is the rule for that?

I think AZ has had an influx of people from California, so the urban areas aren't nearly as red as they used to be. Also the Hispanic population... and the pandemic hit the Native American population HARD, with little/no help from the federal government. I didn't realize just how historic it will be when AZ does get called for Biden, though- since 1948!!

McConnell is already starting his fuckery. The Democrats need to win the two senate runoffs in Georgia.

Red cup release day at Starbucks? OY VEY. This is not the time to take a break! I can't believe these shenanigans. Are they waiting for Trump's legal action to officially halt counting to "resume"?
