(CNN) The Trump campaign filed a new lawsuit Thursday afternoon against Philadelphia elections officials for allegedly violating their due process rights by blocking the observation of ballots in the city. This complaint doesn't seem to include any details about how and why canvassing might have been blocked. This case appears to be mirroring the case in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court from earlier today. This is a new claim in federal court alleging violations of constitutional instead of state law. There is a 5:30 p.m. hearing scheduled. So, in times of pandemic, the partisan observers can stand closer, whoop-de-doo. Not only that, so they can walk around with rifles, ask the volunteers counting the ballots their names to intimidate them, screaming .. They effed up and forced Police to put up barriers and now are suing back...such dipshits |

I’m getting whiplash. Now they are saying we shouldn’t rush to determine the winner but to slow down. Seriously that’s what Biden has been saying. Accusing Biden of rushing to claim victory lol Telling us to calm down. This was from Conway on Fox. But seriously. Now saying states shouldn’t be called until all votes counted. Hmmm maybe slow down so they can say you need to throw them out ?
They are trying to say that republicans vote watchers weren’t allowed in to watch but they (the state) are claiming that they are already inside watching that no one is excluded.

Trump began "hinting" about it long before that. These antics really aren't new if you go back to Florida and Bush/Gore. @natesilver538 If 90% of the ballots are from Clark County, there's no reason not to call Nevada. @emmakinery JUST IN: Nevada's Secretary of State says there are approximately 190,150 ballots left to count, 90% of which are from heavily-Democratic Clark County. h/t @steventdennis Thanks. Justice Alito, in the PA case, when was it, like late October, kept the door open for another challenge. If you recall the SC decided against the GOP at that time. BUT, Alito, with Gorsuch and Thomas, pretty much said they will revisit this case after the election. Well, this might very well be the SC “revisit” if a federal court decides against Trump. |
