Just now on Fox Lindsay graham and Ted Cruz just said they stand with Trump. I’ve been saying for years that Trump must have something terrible on Lindsay and Ted to inspire that kind of unwavering loyalty. My question is, personal monies or campaign monies? |

I’m with you – hoping GA flips. If Biden loses GA, his four paths will decrease to two. AP is reporting Biden is 1,942 votes behind Trump and the gap is closing quickly. I need to go out and buy food but don't want to walk away and miss anything! Lol. I know what you mean. I had appointments today and postponed them all! |

I actually haven’t seen the final TX counts. Was it that bad? 🥺 Much of the additional turnout ended up being in wealthy, older parts of Houston - places that are reliably Republican. Turnout from lower income neighborhoods and communities of color was lukewarm. There will be a lot of talk about why, and how we went wrong. Personally, I'm rewinding all the conversations we had on the board last spring about the type of candidate who would inspire turnout among voters who have generally felt disenfranchised. Biden wasn't it. My hot take is that I think in Houston's case, we'd have been better off with a Harris/Castro ticket. Maybe she'll be the candidate in 2024 and we can see then. This is what really killed me. So much progress had been made and with all the work that Powered by the People had been doing I felt so hopeful! |

OMG! Did KAC come up with that phrase? “Non-zero”. Did that lawyer really think the judge wouldn’t clarify that? I think it’s business speak. I hear my husband and his friends frequently say that there’s a non-zero chance of something happening. It usually implies a very small chance. |

I realize that not a lot of people feel sorry for Melania, but can you imagine if/when he loses. Can you imagine living the next 10 years hearing this story over and over again? As a wife, she has my sympathy.

I realize that not a lot of people don't feel sorry for Melania, but can you imagine if/when he loses. Can you imagine living the next 10 years hearing this story over and over again? As a wife, she has my sympathy. I have zero sympathy for his whore. |

If there is any whiff of her trying to divorce him, he will 100% rush to do it first. His pride and ego are the most important things in Trump’s world. I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow that is written into their prenups that he must be allowed to file for divorce first if she wants her payout. |

Ok, y'all, I am following this thread and just keep getting knots in my stomach every time I open and read all the posts. I have never cared so much about an election more than this one. My DD who is uber liberal and doesn't care for any of the Bush's(I don't think that is correct typing out of the name) just sent me a TikTok video of Papa Bush conceding to Gov Clinton. Such grace in a concession speech. I remember that night vividly. We lived in Little Rock at the time and it was our ODS's first bday. DH was going downtown to catch Clinton give his acceptance speech with a very good friend. I was so angry he was leaving me at home with the baby. On his first bday. I look back now and realize it was silly. ODS didn't miss his dad that night. So there is some light humor for this week.

And they are tallying them as they come in, so it isn’t as though there will be another large block of votes outstanding waiting to be counted. 👍🏻 |
