Well, we're always saying we want something different for babies. I think this new collection certainly qualifies! What do you think? Photo Play - Little One

I LOVE it. At first I was confused, but I think it could be really fun to add color to it as you like. Maybe blend some color over the top or color with markers, or mix it up with colorful supplies. Or just stick with the b&w. I'm not your average scrapper and have no need to make baby pages anyway, but I can see papers I could definitely use for projects I do or just because they're cool.

I like the etched metal dies, but I find the black and white a little depressing. I do like the rainbow dies and stamps.

I like it. There are so many ways to bring color to pages and cards, the black and white works with everything we already have. It looks like a really useful collection. I think you would just probably want to use it in combination with other materials.

I wear a lot of black so it would match me and I could add accent colors to match baby pictures with my daughter and nieces/nephews. I like it.

You could easily add your favorite color as a cardstock and have really cute pages.

While I like the black/white/grey color palette & the patterns in the Solids+ Paper Pack & on the reverse of Twinkle Twinkle (for use on non-baby layouts), I dislike the cartoony icons.

love the colours - so easy to personalise with cardstock or coloured PP...my babies wore a lot of primary colours and the pastel baby papers never worked really well.

I like the graphics. And b&w pp would definitely go with any photos you had. PhotoPlay paper takes colour really well, so you could definitely ink or colour or paint over top of it. But the blurb says that they are following the trend of Scandinavian baby designs. Are the new baby clothes and furniture black & white?

Well, I guess I’m in the minority here but I really don’t care for that look. It’s too dull and depressing for me. Colors just make me feel happier.

Well it's definitely different although I'm not convinced it's completely successful. Some of the patterns I love in the b&w, the little rainbows and clouds are super sweet, and I love the high contrast on the twinkle twinkle paper but patterns like that mountain paper really needed a colour to work.
And I will totally be buying that twinkle twinkle paper just for the b side.

I kinda like it (but I don't have babies to scrap anymore).
It would be easy to add pops of color to.
And any photo would work with the papers.

I love it! I think it is really cute. And, it goes for a boy or a girl, and any color palette you want to use! I don't really need baby paper either, but I will probably pick some of this up just to have!

I like some of them but I wouldn’t buy the entire collection and I wouldn’t use it for babies. Some of the more geometric/line pages would be nice for other pages. Personally if they were going to do the pages in B&w I’d have loved to see the embellishments in color to contrast.

The black and white rainbows are sort of ironic... I guess this is the opposite of using a black and white photo to go with any scrapbook paper.
It is different, and it's nice to see something new.

I'm not sure. At first glance I said, "Oh no way," but then I thought with color photos it could work for me. But for the most part I'm not feeling it.

Where was this twenty years ago? My babies are in college, and I might buy this anyway!

This is what I said about it in my Facebook group, “ I like some of the individual pieces that are simply patterns. I could see getting those to use. Some of the other papers - the the cut apart or the one with the animal faces - feel like someone took a picture and just turned the slider to black and white. The stickers and die cuts are a complete miss for me. Overall, I’d give it two out of five stars. 😂”
That black and white animal face one keeps drawing me back. I keep staring at it, wondering why they made it black and white sometimes and other times wondering if there’s something wrong with my iPad. At the end of the day, it seems to either be “love it” or “big fat no”. I’m in the “big fat no” camp for baby paper.
One of my best friends’ wife is pregnant and due Dec. 19. His favorite color is brown following closely by black. Everything in their house is a neutral color (except my Cici’s nursery). He and his wife both scrapbook so I called them up and sent the link. They were both confused as to why their phone wasn’t loading the color. Neither of them liked it which surprised me to a certain extent. They just can’t see scrapbooking their baby girl without color.

I keep looking at it too and I think what bothers me is what you pointed out- it looks like someone just did a simple b&w conversion of a color product. It doesn’t look like it was designed as a b&w product. I keep wishing it were in color since I actually would buy most of it for my toddlers book I have yet to start.
