Why am I getting emails addressed as if I bought a preorder kit from Cocoa Daisy? I don’t think I’ve bought anything from cocoa daisy much less a December daily kit. These are not newsletters or sale notices just updates for when my kit and what they are doing about the missing letters.
This is very annoying. Updates would be great IF I had bought it, but in this manner it’s annoying & off putting

hop2 no help for you at all, but I get them as well. I do visit their site from time to time and snag their freebies for my PL now and again and thought it was because of that. I also find the tone of the emails pretty off putting - I am not her best friend!

I guess I would email them and ask. And then let them know you don’t want any unsolicited emails from them.

I am getting those too and I’ve never ordered from them either. I was confused at first and thought I accidentally signed up for a kit. I think at one point I downloaded free cards?

Funnily enough, I have now received three emails telling me the order has shipped. No mention of any letters lol. I'm sad to see it has shipped with mail innovations - slow at the best of times. Fingers crossed it gets here soonish. |

LMAO well there’s some sort of letters left out that they plan to remedy 🤷♀️ The letters are from the regular monthly kits. Some of us didn’t get them and they stuck them in our Christmas order. If you didn’t order a Christmas kit they’ll send them out on their own. But it’s alphas from the monthly kits, not the Christmas one c |
