I just received one of the foundation sets in the mail (I already had 2 of them), and noticed that instead of one big piece of double-sided tape to hold the die down to the paper backing, they put a gobber (there version of glue dots) on each one (most have 4) - and it is a PITA to remove them all. What a headache! I'm so disappointed that they changed their way to pack/ship them. Has anyone else noticed this, and as annoyed as I am? I'm going to send them a note, just as feedback as well.

I would love to order these but shipping to Australia for 1 die set costs as much as the set- ridiculous. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere that carries them other than their store I have been watching Kristie Marcotte on you tube me she uses them all the time

I just got 2 more sets last week and noticed that. They weren’t hard to get off just time consuming.

I just got one of their newest shaker sets. It still has the tape. I have all of their Foundation dies. I think two of the sets had the glue dots, but the rest had the tape. I don’t know why those sets had the glue dots. Perhaps someone different was packaging them. I don’t think it is an across the board, permanent change for how they package them, though, since their new Winter Wonderland kit was held with the strips of double sided tape.
For what it’s worth, I have nearly bent dies trying to get them off the tape, so I don’t think there is a perfect way to attach them.

Curiouscrafter, thanks for the feedback. We apologize for the packaging making things difficult. We have not instructed our manufacturer to package with glue dots vs glue strip. We will look for your email to determine which set has been packaged with the new method and then follow up to see why. It may be there are more small pieces in the set so they use dots to affix vs strips. We appreciate your business!

Our shipping is calculated on purchase price. When a customer orders a lighter item the postage is often less than what they paid. In that instance, we refund the overage back. One set of foundation dies going overseas typically costs us around $20 to send using USPS international package. Thank you for your feedback - we love Kristie too!

I purchased the Foundation Set #6, all pretty large pieces.

I found Queen & Co through Kristie Marcotte videos. I also went nuts buying foundation dies. Anyone participating in the OG card swap will see just how much I like Kristie (and Q&C) when they receive my card! 😊

What a PITA! I think I will have to stop ordering until you figure it out, as I still haven't used the last foundation set due to all the glue dots still stuck all over the place. I will send an email as well. Huge bummer!
