Funny you say this because that was my exact reaction too. I love all these actors, but the show isn't great. I gave up after the first two episodes.

I watched the first 3 and I have the next 2 on my dvr - If I get bored I'll watch them but I'm not on pins and needles waiting for the next episode.

I'm watching it mainly because there's nothing else on. It's certainly different but I'm enjoying the scenery, makes me homesick  |

I’m watching but Dawn French is an over-actor. Her facial expressions are waaay too much. Her mouth bugs me. Her eyes when she’s trying to appear innocent. Yuck.
