Gold ATG for me and occasionally I’ll use a tombow tape runner.

Tombow mono dot tape runner. I can buy refills at Michael’s and I like that convenience and it’s a good tape runner. Things don’t come undone, but it has a some give initially to be able to reposition if you need to.
I like Nuevo deluxe for a liquid glue. It’s the only liquid glue I have ever been happy with.
