And holy cow, seventy bucks AND you have to trim them?!?!

Wow. If there is ever an argument to invest in a silhouette or scan and cut this set might be it. The set is really cute (and I love Elles Studio), but I'd have a tough time justifying the price for something I'd only use a handful times and I mainly do pocket scrapbooking. It's inspiring me to go see if I can find a similar cut file.

Thanks for posting this (i wasn't the original poster, though). And holy cow, seventy bucks AND you have to trim them?!?! that was my problem. I swear their label dies & stamps would already be mine, high price & all except I stubbornly object to having to finish high priced tools. If I didn’t have to snip trim & file then I would not have blinked at the price.

Sometimes it takes a post like this to make me take a second look at what I have. I won’t purchase this die set, but I have a lot of dies (I love the look of stitched edges and own almost all the Q&Co foundation sets). I bet I have dies that will do a lot of this. I own a Scan n Cut, but don’t have the space to put it to use. I also prefer the look of pressed die cutting with the smoothed finished edges and stitches.

They sell the dies in smaller sets, that’s the bundle set with stamps and a few dies. You can buy the dies without the stamps. I considered them but then remembered I don’t have the right cutting machine. 😂

Funny, trimming them doesn't bother me. I do like the set but I wouldn't ever use all the dies. It's a nice idea for someone hellbent on making their own cards. Part of the fun for me in pocket scrapping is using what comes in my monthly sub (which has changed over the years).

Bought it for $60 and it came with a stamp set as well. Elle's Studio is one of my favorites so it didn't hurt too much for me to buy it since I don't use my Silhouette Portrait much (it's connected to my 10 year old iMac which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't). It's pretty great actually. I don't mind cutting them apart either.

Thanks, I'm the one who asked about pocket-size dies. I ordered this set after watching the video. I think it will be very useful and I don't mind trimming them at all.

I'm going to have to look at the video about trimming them. I'm assuming those tiny little pieces that hold together the dies in the package?

Now that's a price I can get behind. TFS!

<<----This girl!
Thank you.
ETA: I don't need a bundle but I like the idea of a 3x4 pocket die.
