Last Monday, we wore one of our favorite accessories and thought we would try it again. Most of my accessories have been collecting dust this year. LOL! How does this work???1. Well, I didn't accessorize today, and it is FREEZING downstairs where I work, even with a space heater, but I am looking pretty good for a Monday. I have black velvety leggings on that have a subtle rose pattern, a nice black shirt, and a pretty sweater. I think I'm looking pretty sharp. We will just ignore my socks and house shoes, OK?  |

Awesome! As long as you wore something joyful and fun that is all that matters. Those velvet type legging sound so pretty. I hope you are staying warm, too. Does a mask count as an accessory?! I love the idea of making our mask fun to take away some of the stress of it. I got a hot pink one but I want to get a few other fun ones, too. |

I wore my favorite bracelet to work in the car and then I stuck it in my bra for the work day! It was made by my aunt out of round jade colored beads with leather holding it together. It has a lot of crevices for germs and not easy to wash so I didn't want it in my wrist but I had it close to my heart! I realized a lot of my favorite jewelry was given to me by friends/family and/or made by them. I also ordered myself an antique brooch on etsy. But this inspires me to give or make things for my loved ones more.
I never found the sparkly earring I lost last week. But I have one more set of sparkly earrings left that were also made by my work friend 20 years ago...so I will wait til masks are over to wear sentimental earrings again!

I pulled out my favorite Peridot studs to wear to go pick up a piece of plexiglass and then drive home. I had on sweat pants, but my earrings were pretty! I wore them all day.

I love that you carried your bracelet close to your heart at work. What a neat idea! I just love jewelry and some of my cherished pieces are my grandmas jewelry. I have never wore any of them but just knowing that part of her is with me is so special. You are inspiring me to maybe pull out a few pieces or so. Also, I enjoy your brooch when you get it.
