Im sorry for the sideline. I don't watch her anymore, I want to know what happened too. |

It's amazing how so many of these influencers survived childhood. "This viewer didn't like my color choices." "This one doesn't like when I sing." "This person doesn't like my nails." Wow, how do they manage to get up in the morning? How many of them actually have real jobs where people (bosses, clients, customers) aren't always praising and worshipping them?
Seriously, if you think you should change a behavior or habit, do it because YOU think you should. If a viewer's comments matter, then consider them. If not, move along and ignore the comment.

I don’t follow her anymore or know what the boop thing is but I wish small business owners would hire a social media manager or form a support group of other businesses owners for their rantings. As a customer or potential customer I find it so unprofessional and a major turn off when they vent on their business pages. I’m not your co-worker.

it is painful to see all these self-professed "strong women" and "boss babes" turn around and act like such babies. Grow up. Blech. Isn't she supposed to be like the queen of snark???
ETA: yes, she thinks she is snarky. Her sentiment strips over at Simon contains ones that say "happy birthday geezer" or "methuselah" and "I love you more than I figured" or "expected".
Dish it out but can't take it???

Meh, it doesn't bother me that she responded. I appreciate that people put themselves on IG or YT for my enjoyment and information. I imagine that the not so nice comments build up and after a while it gets to them and they respond. Yes they should just ignore but it's easy for me to say that because I don't put myself out there. KWIM? Why do people send those types of comments anyway? There is something about all these IGer/YTers that drive me nutso but I would never send it in a comment to them. Just unfollow. And FTR, I'm not a CZ fan girl. I follow because occasionally I like to make cards with that CAS style. I've followed and unfollowed her many times.  |

I used to love her scrapbooking style, and read her blog posts back in the day. And even now will once in a blue moon watch a card video if she uses distress oxides. If a YouTuber irritated me that much I’d just stop watching them. Same. I stopped watching her long ago because she was just too pointless for me. But if someone does watch and does leave a negative comment (either helpful or nasty) she needs to learn to let it go. She is such a child. |

If I’ve heard it once, I’ve heard it a thousand times from these ladies that this is their “business.” They make sure their viewers/customers understand that their massively expensive craft spaces filled with more product than my local craft store is a “business.” As such, be professional, don’t bitch about negative comments or work up your fan girls to troll the naysayers, it’s unprofessional. Remember, this is your “business.”

I will watch a video IF the thumbnail card is something that I absolutely, positively think I need more info about it. And I turn off the video before the end, as soon as she gets to the "boops". They make me nuts.
