Anyone order some recently? I needed it for my Christmas cards, so I ordered two 8 oz jars from SSS and the consistency is WAY different than before. I last bought some around 2014/2015, maybe and I still have half a jar of it...it is super creamy and whipped. This is much more dry/textured. I specifically ordered it because I wanted the whipped look (to simulate frosting). Before I contact SSS or Dreamweavers, just kind of wondering if they changed the formula since I last bought it.
(I am going to try to revive it with water, but I'm not sure if it will give me the texture I want.)

(Oh and thought I'd mention that SSS was previously out of stock on the item, then they got it in, so while I have no idea how long the jars sat at Dreamweavers, they were definitely new to SSS.)

I've always wanted to try doing that snow effect. I'm sorry I can't answer your question, but maybe the peas may have another product recommendation if the formula has changed.

Embossing paste is the same as molding paste. You can find it in the art section at Michael’s. Brand names are Golden and Liquitex. I am not sure if Michael’s carries both. You can also find it on Amazon. I am not sure how the price compares to what you are using. But Liquitex is generally cheaper than Golden.
ETA - Just checked. Wendy’s is about $8-$9 for 4 ounces. Liquitex is about $15 for 8 ounces at Michael’s (before coupons).
