Herbs de Provence is great in cream cheese, it’s Boursin for those of you that have had that.

Herbs de Provence is great in cream cheese, it’s Boursin for those of you that have had that. What?!? We'll have to try it! I've never had herbs de Provence in my spice cabinet, but looking at the ingredient list it seems right up my alley. My most used spice is cumin. I also use lot of onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, sage, rosemary, oregano, basil, bay leaves, and thyme.

I'd say my top three spices that I regularly refill (buy in bags at Penzeys) are cumin, smoked paprika and garlic powder. I have never used celery seed or dried parsley. Celery seed is a gamechanger in potato salad. That is where I use it most often, but I also make a chicken pot pie that uses celery seed in the dough for the crust.

I've used Herbes de Provence on a roast and on roasted potatoes. Once.
My most often used spices are Italian seasoning, oregano, bay leaves, crushed chilis, seasoning salt and lemon pepper.
I used turmeric last night for the first time.

Celery seed is amazing in tuna salad.
Herbs de Provence is great with chicken breast.
I've tried tarragon with chicken salad, but it wasn't my favorite. I have a full jar, so I'm open to other ideas.
