While down a rabbit hole looking at snowy papers (starting with Blurry Flurries from these guys), I found some cool stamp/die sets. The gnome stamps i want are currently out of stock, but I thought you would like THIS set, msliz...
I [may have] started a cart at Whimsy Stamps... Telling myself I will not pass GO until after Christmas &/or when the gnome stamps come in.

Adorable! But if I make a companion yeti for my little guy, it'll be in the tear bear style of the original  Thank you so much for thinking of me  Here's my funny lil guy. He's definitely not the cutest tear bear ever. I made him so he could be taken out of his pocket and played with (arms and legs move) but I eventually had to glue in fuzzy butt in place because he wouldn't stay put when I turned the page  |

Argh, that's really cute! I love it. Not such a big fan of the yeti pun sentiments but still tempted by the cute images.
I need to work on my yeti drawing skills. I managed a few cute little guys but maybe if I work really hard on perfecting a design by next Christmas yetis will have taken over everywhere and I'll be kind of over them, the same way it worked out with gnomes this year. Sigh.

I recently discovered Whimsy Stamps, they have some unusual and fun designs. I bought their Say Cheese stamp set this summer - it has rats in it, which I've never seen in a stamp set before. We have an inside joke in my family about rats so I was so pleased to come across it. grammadee thanks for mentioning the gnomes - I love those gnomes! I've been searching for just the right gnome set and those are calling my name. Gnome for Christmas, Gnome for the Holidays and Gnome Birthdays are my favourites. |
