So sorry for your tragic loss & the awful ordeal you have all been going through on top of your grief. I wish for more good days for you, for happy memories of him & healing.
For what it's worth, I agree with you, I would need to hear "we're sorry" too & to know that this could never happen again to another family.

What a horrible tragedy and ordeal for your family. I'm so sorry for your loss.
I can empathize where you are coming from....having them own up to their negligence and do the right thing, sadly, isnt likely to happen in this day if insurance cos. and attorneys. Given that, I hope your family gets what they deserve and that the case isn't prolonged by an appeal.
Go easy on yourself....grief takes time, especially what you are dealing with right now.

I'm sorry. It's pathetic when those responsible, like those two companies, refuse to accept that responsibility.

I'm so sorry, I pray this nightmare, at least the penalty phase of it ends soon, so you can let go and have a least a bit of peace.What a horrible nightmare for you all, I remember when you posted of the accident, and I'm so sorry for your loss. I love my brothers, I'd be devastated to lose them. <hugs>
