So I saw the Christmas card I wanted to make in an email from a third party designer. Went to the Silhouette store and purchased it right away. Went and got all the paper I would need and cut out all the pieces for 20 cards. Then life got in the way and I wasn't able to get to them until last night. Come to find out the entire file had been changed and the Youtube tutorial had been remade to reflect the new file. To get the old tutorial I have to email the designer so I can be invited to view it. I know I shouldn't have waited so long to start making them but I wish the old tutorial had been available along with the new one. After some trial and error I was able to figure out how to assemble it and jotted down a few notes. Will definitely be rethinking before purchasing files from this designer again.

I haven't seen that happen before. What a pain.

Oh no!!! I feel for you. I always have grand ideas when it comes to making cards with my Silhouette. "It'll be easy! This will be quick! I'll save time and money! What could go wrong?" I love my Silhouette, but every time I go to make cards with it it ends up being so complicated and usually a comedy of errors. Good luck...I hope they turn out beautifully for you.
