~Updated 1/14/21 with pictures - finally.~
I finally got my metal words in and finished my little wall, so I thought I'd share. (forgive my boring wall color)
  Original Post: *New deal I got emailed today (in case anyone is interested), 12/24/20 - 20 for $99 - code "XMAS20FOR99".* Just in case anyone was on the fence about ordering.... I just had to share the amazing experience I've had with Mixtiles. I watched and waited for the best deal I could get (thanks Facebook, lol). I ended up getting 20 pics for $99, which I was happy with. They were a day late, so they sent me a code to use in the future for 3 free. I received them Saturday and they were amazing quality - I was so impressed. Granted, I did provide high-res pics, but they were way better than I thought they would be. I was missing one though - I got 19. Which is weird, lol. I emailed and received a response within 15 min to tell me they would be sending out the missing one at no charge within a week. The 20 I ordered was a mix of pics for our parents, grandparents and us. And, after seeing the quality, I will definitely order more. I'm impressed

I'd love to see what you end up doing with them...how the look on the wall, how difficult is it to hang them straight/even and keep them that way.

I'd love to see what you end up doing with them...how the look on the wall, how difficult is it to hang them straight/even and keep them that way. Hoping to get ours on the wall within the next couple weeks and will post an update! |

I have 36 photos I want to do this way but I need 5x7s. I believe they are still only one size. I managed to make mine work with the size. I did hear they may be coming out with different sizes though. I'm planning on making another wall with our Disney only pics. |

I love Mixtiles. They have excellent customer service! They are always running a sale of some kind. Keep your eyes open for a deal for the number of pictures you want. They are easy to put up on the walls and move around.

I’m finding it incredibly bizarre that no one can just write one sentence that says something like: Mixtiles are ........
The first links demand your name and email to access what they are.
The Google image link make them look like regular pictures.
Is there are disclaimer that they will come after people and sue them if they simply describe what Mixtiles are? Will they come and remove offending digits if you use them to type out what a Mixtile is?
This is the weirdest thread I’ve read in a long time.

I got a deal too but bought gift cards to myself so I could take my time and figure out which photos and which style I want (borders/which color or no borders etc) I probably taking the time to search and order until after the new year some time. Decisions, decisions. I sure some of the photos will be off my Instagram as they are square already. I actually want a mix of family/people and random photos that I took of people, places, things and critters. I plan on putting them on the stairway wall that also is under left side of peak of cathedral ceiling. swtpeasmom and anyone that has them and willing to share photo or their display, I love to see! elaine I agree with you. I already knew what they were but found their site when I later went there, well, weird. They are lightwieght thick (foam?) based boards that photos are printed on with self-stick and easily movable adhesive on back. Peel and stick basically. |

I love Mixtiles, too! Here’s what I do with them - add one to our ‘travel wall’ after each trip we take. It’s not as economical as placing an order for a large quantity all at once, though. They are very easy to hang and reposition as needed.

This is similar - but Mixtiles are also framed in a lightweight but attractive frame. They’re just super easy to have printed and get hung without a lot of effort. |

I have thought about some to decorate my craft room. I think they look pretty cool. What I'm wondering is whether I get to do the cropping of the photos? Does their website work like this? Or should I crop photos before I upload? How does that work?
