Once again, I saved watching until Sunday night. Anyone else watch it?

I just remembered to watch it last night. If Rob Has a Podcast didn't remind me by putting a new podcast on my phone, I think I would forget the show all together. And it is a decent season! I didn't think the Friday night was going to bug me, but the timing just makes me forget about it.
Have they had task where only the first 4 could do that challenge before?

I watched part of it. Must not have been a very exciting episode, since I don't remember much about it. Was it the one where the did the go carts up the hill and then got chauffeured back down? Wasn't it the girl wrestler who was making faces and making fun of her driver? I didn't like that and I think they've done things like that before.....they think they are being funny, when I see it as being disrespectful of the people.

I'm always afraid Brittany and her adorable husband are going to get eliminated. When they were painting that ceiling they didn't seem to be in any hurry. I actually like pretty much all the teams but the dentists still get on my nerves. The cyclists crack us up.

It was funny how everyone was all desperate to do the painting, and then the opera challenge turned out to be pretty easy. Glad the boys were noneliminated, I like them .

I was hoping the cyclists would get in 1st. Tired of the dentists taking it all the time. And I'm glad Soul Surfers are still in it! <3 them!

Yeah it ended up that the opera roadblock was probably the easier one, and yet everyone was in a hurry to get to the painting one. The dentists came in first, again. That must be why I forgot about posting .

I'm actually learning to like the dentists. I found the bicycle ladies to be annoying this week. I liked the go carts.

That must be why I forgot about posting . lol. It was a pretty unremarkable episode. I think part of the problem -- the problem that we're not all running to post about it -- is that at this point we have a bunch of teams who are all pretty nice, to each other and to the other teams. lol. Now that we've gotten rid of the mother/daughter two everyone else is pretty ordinary. Yeah, we don't like the dentists (I don't either). But they work well together, they're nice to each other, they seem to appreciate the cultures of the places where they are.... So we don't have anyone to draw out attention... like Rachel, for example. Not sure why she popped into my head but her constant crying on that first season certainly gave us something to talk about. lol.

I think the opera roadblock just sounded like it was harder, but really if you could remember had an eye for some detail, it really wasn't that bad.

Yeah, we thought they had to name the opera from the singing. The original description kind of made it sound that way. So once you saw that they listened to some singing and had to remember the order of the people and their costume, then write the name and opera from the card on the costume, it seemed much easier.

I enjoyed it because I'm an Italophile and have been to Palermo, so I LOVED seeing the opera house and all the scenery.
Agree with all that was said above - dislike the dentists, enjoy the bicyclists except when they're rude to locals, and want Bethany/DH to win.
I did comment to my kids that when they grow up and travel to, for the love of God, learn how to say "please" and "thank you" in the native language. It surprises me how rarely the racers do that.

I also sometimes think it's unfair of players to work together on a challenge. To me it's a team race not a group race. JMHO.

Yeah, we thought they had to name the opera from the singing. So did we!! I don't think the clue or portion of the clue read on air was very clear. Everyone on the race seemed to think it was going to be so hard and then once they arrived I thought "Are you kidding? This is way, way easier than painting a ceiling!".

I also disliked when the female wrestler (I am having such a time with names this season) was making faces at her driver. I mean seriously---how rude is that? Sheesh.
