Google disabled the video component of Hangouts, so we're going to be gathering on Google Meets instead. I don't like Meet as much because, if it still works as it did last I used it, I'll have to admit you individually. So PLEASE be patient and be vocal if you need to. Please post here if you're having issues and I'll try to help if I can. Hopefully no problems. Just sign onto your Google account and click the link above. Seems like my Saturday days are filled, but nights are open...need to adjust my schedule, lol. |

I want to alternate Saturdays and Sundays, but if you need us to start off on one foot or the other, let me know. gramma, we missed you! @kendramage, next time we do it on a Saturday, we can make it an evening crop. kendramage, next time we do it on a Saturday, we can make it an evening crop. Maybe it'll work out better for you! If you are planning evening crops - I work the weekend of Jan. 23/24, and if an evening crop suits other peas, I too could make it because I'm off work at 4. |

I do have an intelligent phone, but an unintelligent operator. I have flunked Skype and Zoom. |

don, your smart phone could prob do this for you. Just open the crop thread next week on your phone, click on the link, and your phone will ask if you want to enable camera. Click yes. Enable mic? Click yes. Join the meeting? Click yes. Then the host gets a message and clicks to let you into the conversation. Just prop your phone up on your work counter, and do whatever crafty project you'd like to work on.

We discussed the capability of Google Meets Saturday. I just had a staff Google Meet this morning and we had 50 people in it, so I know it goes to at least 50. |
