I opened Isla Nublar!
Turnips are 95 and snot face is milling around resident services right now. I didn't trap her, though, so you may have to wander.
If you are new, accepted a Best Friend request and would like to dig up any flowers, you can dig up any except the big rainbow patch on the southeast side of the island (you can tell they're in rainbow order and on paths). Anything outside of that patch is fair game, so please feel free to take what you'd like, including flowers on the beach.
DIYS and a few freebie items are on the beach in front of resident services. Please take!
Feel free to shop Nooks. Able Sis has some collarless coats, printed fleece, a new sushi costume I haven't seen before, Zap helmets.
(ETA: I am AFK! My islander is sitting on my couch in my house. LOL)

Our favorite music is Condor. We have it playing on our turntable in front of RS. The villagers sing a lot to it. They'll be on the other side of the island and still sing along with it. I like Condor too. My favorite is K.K. Stroll reminds me of Gilmore Girls for some reason. I also really like Aria. Perfect calm classical music for certain areas. I usually have Aloha KK or Calypso playing on a beach somewhere. ❤️ I took KK Dirge off my players 😵 the music hits some sort of nerve in me and literally makes my skin crawl. Not because it’s eerie, I like creepy it’s the actual tone that does something to my senses and it makes me feel ill! Lol weird. I like a few players on random and it that song came on I have to either quickly leave area or go skip song. 😂 Worth repeating...requesting songs from KK Slider at his Saturday night time concert - if you talk to him to request a song and click give me that one song (I think that’s how it’s written) you’ll be able to type in a song. Look for song titles on the internet or in your trusty ACNH book if you bought one be aware you must type in the song exactly as written including punctuation and spaces. Just a friendly reminder. 😊 |

About KK's music -- anyone have a site where I can hear the actual music? I looked at five or six videos on YouTube and they all have his voice in them. I googled but only found a few sites that had a list. But a list does me no good since I need to hear what they sound like. lol. Without the awful voice.  |

I opened my gates. Turnips at 97 and sorry, but I did not trap her. Last I saw, she was behind the stores amongst the fruit trees. Being sold for 2 more hours.
Please learn DIY’s to the right of the airport if you need them.
Catalog the items (fireplaces {4}, hi-fi stereo and 2 other items) between the 2 stores if you are interested in them.
I will most likely be afk, need to go make breakfast.

I’m open. Freebies on the beach to left of airport. Ables has animal print coat, collarless coat, earbuds combo, poncho coat, cuffed pants, fairy dress, space suit, duck bill, bubblegum etc. Nooks has a server and a washer, rotary phone, jewelry stand, and candles.
ETA that my house is off to the right on the beach and the house to the left behind the airport is DH’s. Mines cuter. ☺️

I am not a gardener by any stretch of the imagination, and the only I know they are really hyacinth flowers is because of this game. Prior to playing ACNH I always called them that. This game is so educational!! So happy to be able to pass them on. Hopefully they will grow as wildly as they did on my island. Maybe neglect them and shove them between trees and soon you will be pawning them off to others as well!  |

I guess if I don’t touch the switch it will go idle after awhile? I’ll check settings to see how to avoid that...or I’ll just periodically touch a button haha. |

Yes, settings, sleep mode, auto-sleep (playing on console screen) - never is what I have set mine to.
I only play on the switch screen. (If my dh and I happen to play a Mario game we put the switch in the doc and it displays on the tv screen.)

How do you get everything to the beach without it taking 2 weeks (im going to assume time travel) . Do you fill in all the water too and recreate as you go along? I was really trying hard to stay within my original design but am finding that its not working so well so I have been toying with the idea of flattening...maybe just moving things to the beach while I terraform and fitting them back in is a better way to go? I love my front entrance and resident service area so that will be staying, but I have the entire island to go lol. Im stockpiling bells for now and attempting to collect villager photos. I want to reinstate my park again too because I really liked that but I need to center it around either houses or something other than just the park. Or find a way to elevate parts to match the entrance. I collected all the winter DIY's but haven't made any of them lol. My clothes could use another purge too. its almost as bad as my real life. Too much stuff in a small space lol Thank you to everyone who opened this week and let me island hop for shopping and browsing through freebies. We missed you! 💙 I flattened a good portion of my island right after Christmas and relocated almost everything. I kept my riverwalk area and a high portion of my island where my home was (added/changed to put my museum there), and that was kind of it. I moved a few houses to the beach to get them out of the way, then moved other houses. I filled in all the water (except the one riverwalk river). Now I'm re-adding water, cliffs, waterfalls, bridges, etc. Definitely time traveled, or it would have taken me a month. You'll need lots of bells for all the moving. (I can help if you need some!) I feel you on the purge - even though my storage is upgraded, I managed to fill it. 😬😳 I blame all the cute winter clothes! |

No problem at all.  I was interrupted by - small bit of family drama (ack), so didn’t mind at all that you couldn’t wait around for me. I have the brown and the white now, but I think when I looked there was two other color variations. Red and beige fireplace just sent. <3 how your living room looks! Skellington - Thanks for letting me in several times yesterday. First I forgot my shovel was broke so I had to run back to get one then my pockets weren’t empty. I had never used all of the phone sections, so thanks for help with that too. Can you tell I’m a newbie? Haha

Man, flattening the island makes everything so big! I feel like I am running 10 miles to my house every time I need to get stuff out of storage to redecorate.
My poor creatures have actually been using the library since there was no other place for them to sit though!
So Alfonso moved and Tom moved Clay in, which I was glad about because he freaks me out, and not in a good way ! I will have no problem have Lucky kick him out.
Dilbert was sure I was going to invite Pietro first, but I want Pietro and Agnes to be neighbors, so I have to wait until Bubbles asks to leave and hope Tom moves someone horrible in.
I hope to at least have my island somewhat presentable tomorrow. I will still have lots of open space, but I think Isabelle may be going crazy with all my random leaves scattered everywhere!

I played waaaay too many hours today. DD started her own island and I have been trying to help her get hers up and going. Plus I have been decorating the crap out of my island, but I am still only at a four-star review. Anyone know exactly how many decorations it takes to reach the magic five stars?
