For me it would have to flowers, I very occasionaly use a paper flower that I have fussy cut from a pattern paper but generally speaking I just don't use them at all. Give me a [acket of those beautiful Prima flowers and I would stumped with how to use them. Buttons Chipboard, plain and in generic shapes. I have a couple of jars of them with hearts, flowers and flourishes and I would likely only use one or two of them a year. Chipboard stickers on a sheet though is a different story

I dislike cork and don’t care for wood veneer either. Unfortunately I have a ton if veneer from when that was a craze years ago.

There are a lot of things in my stash that I just had to have, that I probably could (and do) live without, based on my scrapping style. I would have to say that one of my biggest regrets is having lots of different colours of mixed media products. Aside from my inks, I have tossed a ton of colored paints, pastes, etc. Now I try to focus on basic products and keep the coloured stuff as powdered-style pigments that I can use to mix my own custom colours.
I could also do without embossing folders. And I say this as I just ordered three new ones. I have the best of intentions, but sometimes struggle with using them on my layouts. I do better using them on cards.

Lots, yet I have a lot of products. It's easier to answer what I could not live without; paper, cardstock, metal dies, and my electronic diecut machine.
