Thinking about stuff I love...and stuff I could live without, or at least not get/have very much of.
For me - washi tape. I don't really go out and buy any. It keeps coming with SC kits. (Another reason to cancel.)
Other than holding things down for die cutting, I really don't use it much in scrapping.
What about you?

stamps and punches. I just never use them.
glass mat, guillotine cutter, bone folder - some people can't scrap without them, but I have never used them.

I'm a pretty quick and simple scrapper so anything that has to sit and dry I could live without.
I own a few mists and even fewer Liquid Pearls, and I hate waiting for them to dry.

So many of my early 2000s layouts have embellishments with issues - yellowing, cracking, drying out. So now I'm paper only for layouts. Slowly using up some of the okay lumpy stuff for cards. Crappy adhesives. I stick with the tried and true ATG Gold tape after having to re-assemble many layouts and gift albums that fell apart.
Punches - never remember to use the few I have. Stamps - mostly use them for planning, not scrapping.

Washi tape and flair are 2 that I could live without. I have a ton of both though so I will try to use them when possible

* cork embellishments * glitter anything * metal embellishments * washi tape. I have some, but I do not buy it any longer since a bunch of it went bad. * Any embellishments that are the new version of the Making Memories embellishments that yellowed (forgot their name). I know the new ones will eventually warp. * Thick chipboard embellishments. I only like thin ones. * Wood embellishments. I use some, but I can live without them. Oh my, you tricked me into getting rid of more stuff! You did that on purpose, right msupea?

I own a few mists and even fewer Liquid Pearls, and I hate waiting for them to dry. Same! I hate having to leave stuff out to dry before I can put it away so I rarely use things like that. Any embellishments that are the new version of the Making Memories embellishments that yellowed (forgot their name). I know the new ones will eventually warp. Yep, so many yellowing and warped embellishments. As for washi tape, I've been giving it to my 5 year old and she loves using it. She's used up more than I ever could.

Spray mists. Most of them have clogged, and I get so frustrated when I go to use them that I end up not using them at all. I keep them around to splatter, but then I forget to do that too.

So, in other words, what do i own that I have to "force" myself to use? Washi. Cork. Flair. Acetate shapes/embellies. Clear stickers. stamps and punches. I just never use them glass mat, guillotine cutter, bone folder - some people can't scrap without them, but I have never used them. Love all these things! Don't use my stamps as much as I should, but in cardmaking they are front and centre. Likewise the bone folder. The teflon bone folder is a game changer.

Sprays and mists, enamel dots, anything with a butterfly. Also I am putting my Cricket expression on the list. I'd much rather stamp titles and now that I'm doing PL for 95% of my scrapping there's no point in it. It just taunts me, with all the cartridges I have, but it looks really cute in its black and white rolling bag I got at a CKC one year, lol. Oh dear.

I've pretty much weeded out what I don't use, but here are some...
Tim Holtz Grunge Board (why oh why did I need so much of that) Foam letter stamps for acrylic paint buttons bulky embellishments, think those flattened pop can tops A LOT of stickers cheap crappy stamps that don't stamp well. I just got them because they were cheap when I first started stamping. I actually have a real problem with stamps. I love them, use them a ton, get bored and don't want to use them anymore. I really need to quit buying stamps.

Pink Floral anything Epoxy anything (it all sadly yellows, even those adorable Doodlebug white snowmen, and no one wants yellow snowmen!)

As a simple, linear, clean, & mostly flat scrapper, my only must have scrapbook supply (in addition to basic tools adhesive, trimmer, etc.) is paper. I paper!

I'm bad, but my answer is SO MUCH!
I don't use any metals anymore. I learned that I hate the dents they make in my pages from my first album.
Clear epoxy just yellows, so that's a no-no.
Absolutely no to loose glitter. I'm too accident prone for that.
I just tossed the last of my washi recently. The adhesive had gone bad and it wouldn't peel right.
Cork and rubber embellishments. They tend to go bad on layouts, so I never used them.
Wood embellishments are so cute, but too thick for me. Same for buttons.

Flair is the only thing I'll commit to. It is just too thick. Well, maybe loose glitter. I wear it for weeks.

Yes, mists are definitely on the list for me too... I bought a bunch from SC years ago and have barely used them. 😳 The only two I have used regularly are Tsukineko shimmer spray and HS gold... but the others, nope ... 🤷♀️

I obviously can--and DO--live without stamps alot of the time. But then I open that cupboard, or see a new technique, or... Same goes for washi tape, ribbon, buttons, mists, embossing powders, foils,... But I love having the options there just in case inspiration strikes
Oh, but you can have my guillotine cutter.

I try to keep my spreads simple, so I don't do embellishments. I don't like the bulky look of them. I try to just stick with paper and some stickers, but not a lot. I want the pictures to tell the story.
I have a lot of ideas for a future scrapbook for a trip we've not even taken, and I think the only really embellishments I'll add (except for things from the trip like maps, tickets, and the like) are Thickers stickers and that'll be on a 2-page spread.

I just printed out a list of items in my scrap room that I created years ago so I wouldn't forget anything when I went to a crop. I am going to make an alphabetical list of it (plus all of the newer items -no Nuvo drops!). From this new list, I'll make a Take Five (or some version of that so I am constantly reminded of all of the crap, um, precious items I have to create my layouts. I went into a couple of boxes that have been neatly sitting in my closet last night and had a walk down memory lane. I need to use up more of what I have.

I might just pick a product of the month to use up some of those things that have been sitting around for a while.

Add me to the washi tape list. I organised my tapes last weekend and was surprised how many in my reasonably small collection I had forgotten I owned. I think I need to pull out a couple at a time and use them on every layout to get some of them used up.

if you don't use something, then sell it. I have gotten rid of a lot of stuff on ebay, just put it as buy it now and it eventually sells. Then I can get something else that I like. Crafting styles change, so clean out your rooms and make a little cash!
